I never got any kind of response from them, so I am going to use someone else. If they responded to me, I'd like to be able to give them a chance.

I have absolutely no record of an inquiry from Ms. Dalton, though I do not doubt her word and I appreciate her feedback. I keep a log of all calls, and I personally and promptly respond to every request for Sof-Kleen service. I then schedule the service to accommodate the client's needs. I have even provided service on an "urgent" basis. I am thinking that there was some error in the request process, as I would never ignore an inquiry, and have never received a complaint of any nature until this. I have reviewed all of my email with no results , though I seldom get an email request for service. I do receive emails on both my computer and cell phone, and am wondering if hers was inadvertently deleted. If so, it was certainly my error. I personally supervise every job and deliberately have kept the company small and responsive. Usually, I am able to give a firm quote via phone and show up promptly as scheduled. I guarantee satisfaction with all work performed prior to accepting payment, and I have over 300 satisfied client's with repeat and word of mouth business with no prior complaints of any sort. On behalf of Sof-Kleen, I sincerely apologize to Ms. Dalton, and though I find no record of her inquiry, I accept full responsibility for failing to respond to her request. Again, my sincere apology. I appreciate both positive and negative feedback, as I helps us improve services. Unlike others, we use no high pressure or damaging pressure washers. Our special detergent does the work. There is no high pressure damage to window seals or screens and no mold creating water intrusion under siding. As a bonus, windows are also left clean. Once folks use our Sof-Kleen services, they seem to want no other.

He did an excellent job of cleaning the outside of the house with a new treatment. He develops his own products to use. When he finishes the house, it didn't smell bad. The price was very reasonable. Dave Shiel did an absolutely wonderful job on the aluminum siding. He got the house cleaner than I had seen with the previous cleaners. He really worked a lot. He did a really good job. I would highly recommend him.
