I can't vouch for the quality of this companys work because I couldn't get anyone to call me. I called and left a voice mail on 4/29 and I filled out the contact form on their website on 5/06. I have not only a fairly large landscaping job I need done but am also looking for a yearly lawn maintenance company. I just dont understand how businesses can be so inconsiderate by not returning calls and responding to messages. If a business owner cannot fit the job request into their schedule, then at least have the decency to call the prospective client back and let them know so they can scratch you off their list.

Brad and his crew were responsive and prompt and did an excellent job! Guys were very organized and were pleasant to deal with. Will be keeping them on a routine schedule moving forward. Other landscapers I contacted didn’t even respond. Highly recommend!!

A lot of companies, is what relationship you build with them. I am an relationship builder. I like to work with businesses for a long time. We researched, I'm 72, but still working sixty hours, doing what I love. Relationships are so critical these days. Brad Thomas, is treated as an person, not as an landscaper. If he does an excellent job, I will sent him an text message, that he did an great job, the neighbors drool over his work. None of our neighbors use landscapers, they are in their forty fifties, and can still do the work. I am handicap, and have a bad right leg, and therefore, I have a car modified for the left foot, that works the gas and brakes, and you can't buy a ride on lawn mower with that, so I hired an landscaper. People today say I pay them to do the work, what else should I do. They do other things for me. I sent Brad a text, its spring, the prawns on the palms have dies off, and can you get them taken care of. It will get down next time, for no charge. He will just cut them off, and throw them in his truck. He charges $45 dollar every visit, so its $90 dollars a month. Well worth it. They show up faithfully, always, you can hear the mowers running, and I will go out and talk to them like people.

I wanted to spruce up the lawn. I haven't done anything out there in years. Brad gave me an price, low balled the price for my opinion. Got to work, and made the lawn look great. That is why he is still here.

Initially, they were fine. I had to point out some things they missed occasionally like vines growing in the flower beds and untrimmed hedges. In December, they suddenly announced that they would only be working on year-round contracts. I told them "no thanks." Why pay someone during January and February when nothing is growing and there are no leaves to clean up? After I told them I didn't want to pay for year-round service, they told me that they were "too busy" to do my final leaf clean-up of the season. Very unprofessional. So I was left to scramble to find someone else just to do this one clean-up.

Brad was great to work with! Very professional and reasonably priced. I am very pleased with the outcome and will definitely be hiring them again.

Amazing job! Brad was responsive, punctual, and did exactly what he said he would do! My yard was a disaster and they did an amazing job cleaning it out. I will absolutely use them again.

They do a great job. They come out every two weeks and it will go right through the winter because you can't do landscaping work and be in business if everybody says, "Well, it's October/November. I'll see you in March." You've got to stay in business. It's a cadillac lawn in the neighborhood. They charge $45 every two weeks. I interviewed about eight or nine different contractors and most of them, I sent packing. I'm 71. I've got a bad right leg and I've got a bad back. I just can't do the work anymore. I needed somebody to come out here to trim up my palm trees, trim up the pampas grass, recut the beds, put stone in some of the beds and put black mulch in others and in the end, turn my yard back into something that I could be proud of and they could be proud of. Serenity came out and made no bones about the fact that they were willing to do what we wanted, which was to clean up the yard, get it stiffed up and make it look presentable. One of our neighbors was trying to sell our house and our yard did not look all the best. We wanted to help that situation. So we had them come out. They did all the work and stood behind the work. Now, they come every two weeks. I don't even question when I get the bill. Every couple or three months, they put down fertilizer. They do a good job. For a lot of the people that came out, it was a job. They just wanted to mow your lawn. They didn't want to trim. They didn't want to recut the beds. They didn't want to put down any black mulch. They didn't want to put down any stone. They didn't want to put down any black plastic. They didn't want to trim up the rose bushes and the azaleas and everything else. They just wanted to cut the lawn and I cut them loose.

Very nice man to work with, very efficient. We are very pleased.

They were quoting to restore our yard. It was for landscaping, mowing, edging and trimming. Also for spreading mulch, river rocks, redefying beds and tree walls.
