Description of Work: remodeled two bathrooms

Description of Work: Residential Contracting was contracted to completely remodel two bathrooms from the subflooring up. There was a leak in the subflooring which causes substantial damage to both bathroom floors. Residential Contracting was to completely rip out the floors of both bathrooms and rebuild from the ground up. The company replaced the beam under the house, replaced the flooring completely in one bathroom and partially in the other bathroom, stating that after going under the house, it didn't need to be completely gutted. While this was ok with us, he did not lower his fee even though there was less work done. The owner, Rusty Judy, did not use licensed electricians or plumbers on this job. I had to call in an electrician when electrical issues arose and paid him outside of charges for this job. Every faucet that was attached had to be redone because the hot and cold water were hooked up wrong. Mr. Judy did not have professional tilers doing the tile work. The tiles in my shower are uneven, the drain was cut very unevenly, the floor holds water, and the top of the shower is very unattractive. The grout in one bathroom began to crack within two months after installation. We have had to have both toilets reseated and resealed because both "rocked" when sat upon. I had to have a licensed plumber come in and fix the shower drain because it wouldn't drain. Among the building trash that was found in the drain, one of my paring knives was found in the drain. I guess one of the workmen "borrowed" it while working on the shower? I talked with Mr. Judy before we started the job, and told him that I did not want low end fixtures in my bathrooms. Mr. Judy did not follow this directive. Another issue I have is that I could never get a receipt for any payment I made to this company. I am considering filing a lawsuit against this company.
