+ -1 moreWe were looking for investment property. He was patient, asked us questions to get a feel for what we were looking for. We asked questions and if he didn't have an answer, he would go get an answer and call us back. He was the most patient person I have ever worked with. He knows the market backwards and forward. He is VERY knowledgeable and has first hand experience with investment properties. He also referred us to contractors that were super that we might not have ever been able to find. Getting good people to do work is really tough even if they are on Angie's list. Often they are too busy to come out...We had a wonderful experience when we bought the property and a great experience when we sold the property. Randy was a dream to work with. For ANY real estate needs I would highly recommend him.

He then sold the property for us in a matter of days. He is one of Carolina One's finest and works out of the summerville office (contact info provided)
Description of Work: We bought a home to flip INVESTORS or anyone looking for the best deal on a house Randy is the person you want to work with. We bought a home to flip and we saw a zillion houses. Randy has some of the best Communication skills of anyone I have ever worked with and I used to sell real estate in Massachusetts. He is REALLY knowledgeable about various towns and what neighborhoods you want and those you DON"T want...He is willing to provide top notch service whether you are buying a 50,000.00 house or the million dollar home of your dreams...I would use him if I were buying or selling. He is one rare bird and really good about paperwork and getting whatever you need done. He used to be in the construction business and knows how to assess what's wrong and what's right about a house.
