 + -1 moreTodd was easy to get a hold of and very prompt. He easily identified the problem, explained the solution, and provided me with an accurate estimate. He worked quickly and efficiently to resolve the problem at an extremely affordable price.
Description of Work: A new garage door was installed on our property before we purchased it. I was installed poorly using all the existing rails, springs, and pulleys. It did not operate smoothly and the top panel of the door was beginning to warp.

Description of Work: Installed new motor (dual lights), replaced all rollers, installed MyQ system allowing remote control from anywhere and installed keypad.
