Description of Work: Mr Handyman sent Rob to do the repairs on a home in Mt Pleasant. Rob was very professional, prompt, and efficient with his time. The occupants of the home were impressed with his work ethic and capabilities to fix the variety of issues they had at the home. Rob repaired sheet rock in 4 places, spot painted, repaired fan/light in bathroom, replaced hinges on kitchen cabinets, adjusted threshold of door in garage, repaired fence and fixed a hole in siding.

Description of Work: Brian did a number of small jobs including making quick work of an electrical problem that our prior handyman had devoted much time, effort and excuses to without resolution. The main job was rebuilding a very large double door garden gate. He did a great job matching the original custom work. Brian is very efficient, thoughtful and wants to make the customer happy by doing the job right.

Description of Work: For the first visit he didn't have his driver's license with him so he couldn't get in our guard gated property. Who drives around WITHOUT a driver's license? | |I provided pictures of the door that had some stripping that needed replacing. They wanted to charge me for the time to DRIVE to Lowe's to get the material! Then to do another 10 min. job I'd get charged for an hour. In addition I asked for sample of stain colors for the porches. He didn't have them with him and had no idea he was to bring them. On top of that - IF - he gave me a quote to stain and I didn't use Mr. Handyman I'd have to PAY $50 for the quote! I've never heard of anything so outrageous in my life. If any of this had been mentioned on my initial phone contact I certainly would NOT have wasted my time having someone come here.
