They arrived on time and got right to work on the tree. They found a family of flying squirrels in the process and relocated them to another tree. After the tree was down they cleaned up all the debris. They did a great job.

This provider was supposed to show up this morning and he has not shown up or called to tell me that he would not be here. He came previously to cut the tree. He machine was broken so he could not grind the stump. I have tried to call him several times and he has not called back.

We called him two Mondays in a row and both times he said that he would be out the next week to finish the job. We haven't seen him yet. He also refused to give a receipt. He told mom that the estimate was the receipt. I will not use him again.

First of all we were suppose to have 4 other stumps removed included in the price. I was sick and didn't make it out there to check their work before they left. They cut down the tree but only removed part of the stump and left a huge pile of the stump on the lawn and didnt attempt to finish the job. While his guys were out there they were all complaining about what crook he was and how he didnt pay them for the hours he put in. He had done other work for us andI was very happy this was very disappointing. When I finally made it outside to look and I saw he had not removed the other stumps and what a mess was left out there he stated the other stumps were not in the price of the removal and they were too close to the house to get them out. He never mentioned it would cost more to remove what ever part of the stump he dug up he assured me everything would be cleaned up. He stated he couldn't get all of the stump because of rocks in my yard. I can't even get a receipt from him. He stated he would have to bring it back by. I would stay away from this company at all cost.apparently when they feel they've gained your trust they will rip you off. I dont have time for this.
