Horrible service, work, and professionalism. I would rate zero Stars if I could! Things started to go wrong from the very beginning, untreated wood was used to build the platform of my aluminum shed, and rubber washers were not used (as the directions indicated), so every screw hole leaks when it rains. When I told him that rubber washers should have been used all he did was argue with me and tell me I needed more flashing and that I should buy spray foam to seal everything. After taking those measures the shed continue to leak and His solution for the problem was to bungee cord a tarp over the top of it, and after he quit showing up for the job it remains this way and was never fixed. He Was also supposed to do a bathroom addition to one of my rooms by combining two closets, and that was a disaster as well. There was an entire wall behind the shower where he did not put a single stud! Code says studs should be 16 inches apart no matter what. And in running the plumbing, instead of dropping the lines down below the house where they could be connected to a water supply, for whatever reason he ran them up into the ceiling. He also placed the plumbing lines on the wrong wall so there would have been lines running across the floor to attach to the sink and toilet. When I asked him to move them to the correct location that a professional plumber had advised, he got an attitude and told me he would move them but I would have to pay extra. He also moved a light switch to a very obscure location instead of placing it by the entry doorway, so anyone entering the room to turn on the light would have to walk across the room to find it. Anytime I pointed out the issues or asked if they could be fixed, all I got was excuses and attitude in return. On top of everything, this was supposed to be a 2 to 4 week job, it began on August 2nd 2021 and as of October 15th 2021, nothing had been finished, nothing was done correctly, and I'm now having to pay another contractor to redo all of it! I gave him many opportunities to make it right but he just stopped showing up altogether. Throughout the project he would only show up maybe one or two days a week for a couple of hours. He would usually arrive around 1 or 2 and be gone no later than 4:30, and that was if he decided to show up that day at all. I also I am missing all of the baseboards and trim that I purchased for Lowe's, and when I asked him to return them got no response. I have spent over $2,000 in materials and some of those materials were not even returned to my property, and the $1,600 I paid him up front for half of the labor ended up being for nothing to be done right. I'm now having to take all of my pictures and receipts and copy of the contract to file in small claims against him, which another contractor and plumber said should be a very quick and easy judgment. I would not wish this nonsense on anyone, so please for your own sake and stress level, do not hire this guy! He doesn't have a clue as to what he is doing. I was left with nothing but a mess, and unfinished work that someone else has to fix.
