Master Movers

We hired this company through UHaul to unload our truck. They called us less than 1 hour before they were supposed to arrive and cancelled on us because a worker had a death in the family. They had not tried to get anyone to substitute for this worker because it was the weekend, and "everyone else needed more notice." Incredibly unprofessional. Do not hire these people. They have no sense of duty for a family that needed their help; this could easily happen to you too.

I contacted this company 3 weeks prior to our move out date to schedule their services. I was informed that everything was good to go and we were scheduled and would receive a confirmation call prior to the move out date. As the move out date approached, I sent a text message to the owner 3 days prior to our move out date and never received a response. I then followed up with 2 voicemail messages the next day and STILL never received a response. Thankfully we were able to find a different, professional, moving company that were willing to accommodate us. If you're looking for unreliable movers that have no professionalism then I would suggest checking this company out.
