MARC NELSON PAINTING & PRESSURE WASHING

The paint job was excellent. Marc's primary painter, Eric, is very conscientious, detail oriented and always there when he was supposed to be. Marc, however, has a problem being on time and returning phone calls. Several times he didn't come out when he said he would and was constantly late. He was the one who refinished our bathtub. The finish is coming off, and when we called him, he said he'd come out the following weekend. He did not show up and has not called or returned our calls since then. That doesn't say much for his work warranty.

The work was started on time and the crew were very thorough with prepping the room. They moved and covered my furniture, caulked the window frames, filled nail holes etc. I had asked for them to hang a large tapestry when they were finishing the job. I asked for high quality paint, and that is exactly what I got. No cutting corners or surprises with additional costs above the estimated price. The owner of the company, Marc Nelson, came by to check the progress of the job both days they were here. He was easy to reach and answered all of my questions. I was extremely happy with the work that was done. The painters were very professional and most important, they were just plain nice. I was impressed with the attention to details. I will definitely use this company again.
