I purchased a Daily Deal from Lowcountry Plumbing and Gas for a new Rheem 40 gal. hot water heater. Bryan was prompt - even early. He and his assistant were courteous, knowledgeable, and thorough. They put my new hot water heater in, and hauled the old one away. There were no hidden costs involved. They were very neat and cleaned up after themselves and answered all my questions. I even had a plumbing concern, Brian did a quick check for me and did not charge me for his time on that issue. I was very pleased with the work and will call Lowcountry Plumbing and Gas in the future with ANY plumbing issues I may have. Job well done!

I'm a retired contractor. I had granite countertops installed in my kitchen and had a new faucet, soap dispenser and garbage disposal installed. I called Bryan on Monday and asked if he could come out and do the plumbing Friday after the countertops were installed. He told me he would be there Friday afternoon. Friday afternoon rolls around and Bryan and John show up. I wish I knew them when I was building. They were fast and very professional. If I ever have any problems, I will definitely call them. Great Job!!!

I needed to replace a garbage disposal. They came out the very same day I called them even though it was not an emergency. They offered to buy the new disposal on their way to my home. Upon arrival, they removed the old and replaced the new disposal in no time. I have had no problems at all since installation.

They did a great job. They came out quickly and worked efficiently. The people that came out here were very nice and it was nice to develop that business relationship. We would call them back.

It turned out very well. I couldn’t get the shower to leak when he was here, but he told me to call back if I still have troubles. I haven’t noticed the leak since he was here though.

After some confusion as to when the service would be provided, plumber arrived on time and with most of the necessary equipment. We decided the kitchen faucet would be replaced, not repaired, and he went to store to purchase a new faucet. Upon return and after installation of the faucet, he discovered the sink sprayer had not been included with the faucet as it should have been. After several minutes of indecision, he decided to go back to the store and purchase a universal sprayer. This worked and faucet installation was completed. He then repaired the bathroom sink drain stoppers quickly. While I was prepared to pay for the extra needed items (kitchen faucet, bathroom drain pipe) I was not pleased that I was charged extra labor time for the repair. I purchased one hour of labor as part of the Angie's List promotion. The entire job took about 85 minutes and at least 30 of that was time spent running to the store for parts. I paid $49 for service call + one hour of labor. Additional cost for parts and additional labor was $105. Otherwise he did a good job and did do what we agreed would be done.

Bryan responded to my call promptly to repair a drip in one of the two bathroom faucet's...He determined I needed to replace the faucet as it was old. Rather than try to fix the drip we decided to put in two new faucets .The work was done well and I was happy with the new faucets. However, I needed to call Bryan back because there was a slight leak under the sink after he completed his work...He gladly came back and fixed the leak for no additional cost. I was very happy with the results and his willingness to provide good quality service for the coupon price which was $ 55.

It was very good. They are very knowledgeable, friendly and they actually got it done very quick, they were probably in and out of here in less than an hour. If I need them I'm going to call them again.

This was a 'Big Deal purchase' that went very well. They were on time and immediately went to work. Since the shutoff valves were a long distance from the unit, the hoses included with the fixture did not reach. This required a trip to the store to purchase longer hoses. This was done without complaint and at no additional cost to me. While here they even assisted another contractor working in my house with some minor materials needed. Once complete, they cleaned up and were on their way. Shortly after I had to call them back for a tightening adjustment to the faucet. They returned very quickly, took care of the problem, again without complaint. I have already discussed further work with this company.

Bryan Kelly provided excellent customer service. He was very prompt at getting me on his schedule and called the day before to confirm, then called again the day of the appointment to give me an even more precise ETA. I really appreciated that. He showed up exactly when he said he would. Got right to work and was efficient, straightforward and worked clean. Please note in regard to the price above that I purchased a big deal. Normally his price would be more realistic. Also, I had previously purchased the replacement faucet, so there was no cost there. I would happily recommend Lowcountry Plumbing and Gas! Also, Bryan followed up after the appointment.

I called to schedule an appointment and was told they were in the area and could stop by within 2 hours. Brian and his assistant were professional and polite. They removed the section of wall, found the leak, purchased the materials needed, and completed the job in a little over an hour. The only additional charge to the $49 Angie's List deal was the cost of the materials. I was very pleased with Lowcountry Plumbing and Gas and I will call them again for all my plumbing needs.

Great. They showed up on time, got everything knocked out while I was busy working in my office and cleaned up well when they were done. Total bill was about $80 because they were running a deal on Angies List. I couldn't have asked for more.

We were pleased with Bryan's service. We made an appointment for 8:00 am and he was here and finished so quickly. We would definitely use his company again.

Owner arrived on schedule and completed work in a very timely manner. He showed me the leaky section on pipe that was replaced.

I had called for service repair for my washing machine because water was leaking all over my floor. When the technician arrived he said it was not the washing machine. He said the leak was inside the wall coming from the pipe. He recommended I call Bryan Kelly at Lowcountry Plumbing and Gas. When I called Bryan he said he was just leaving my town to go home however, he turned around and came to my house. He found the leak and repaired the pipe and the wall he had to cut into. I was thrilled that he was able to get here so quickly and get the leak stopped. I would definitely use his services again.
