He is an independent contractor. He knew exactly how much paint it was going to take to do the coverage and how many coats it would take. The people who came were professional. I had a new Dutch barn built and brought to the property from another business. I had a gate outside and it would not fit through. There were blue stamps all over it by the time it was brought in. I was told that I would have to paint it myself if I had the barn built within my property. I called the customer service and they said they would send somebody out to take a look at it. A man came out but did not agree to paint. I called Low Country Painting to get an estimate and he said he would paint it. He had to wait a few months because of the delay in communication and getting approvals. The prices were average.
