I called Lee's Keys this morning a little after 9:00. He said he'd be there around noon. He showed up at 11:45, quickly changed the locks, handed me 2 new keys, and thanked me for the business - all in 30 minutes. I was very happy with his friendliness and professionalism and would definitely call him again. I also like the fact that the price was reasonable.

I started by calling Jacob about redoing the knobs and deadbolts in my home and he recommended that I purchase the hardware myself to be assured that I got what I wanted. Because I was trying to get the same brand, it took several months (I ordered it online as I was unable to find the brand locally), but I kept in touch with him to let him know that I was still going to have him do the job. When the hardware came in, I called him, set up an appointment for two days later. He arrived right on the dot of the appointment time, calling beforehand to verify nothing had changed. I showed him the new hardware and he promptly started taking out the old locks and replacing them with the new ones. Where there were problems, he made sure to fix them (alignments, new bolts longer than old). Now all our doors are secure! I would definitely call him again for any lock jobs I had. He was prompt, professional and friendly.

Spoke with Jacob on the phone, told him what I needed done and set up a date and time for the work. He was punctual, friendly and professional. When he arrived I showed him the doors, gave him the new deadbolt and keyed entry lock and he went to work. He was finished in less than 2 hours, he cleaned up after himself and everything worked well. The price of $175 was an added bonus. If needed, will use them again.

The technician was quick, polite and finished in a timely manner.

They were on time, but unfortunately my tenant was unable to let them in. I was frustrated, but he agreed to reschedule and came back another day and time that would be more convenient. They were very nice about the whole thing. The price was competitive, but I was unaware that each lock cost more and was not counting deadbolts in my estimate. I would love for the question "how many locks" be more specific. Like "how many locks including door knobs and deadbolts". I know now how the locks are counted and won't make that mistake again. I will be using Lee's Key again in the future and would recommend them to friends or family.

Quickly found the miss alignment problem and realigned the door frame and it was done....I wish I had done it long before.

Phoned them about 9:30am because I couldn't unlock a dead bolt on my shed. Scheduled appt. for 1:30pm. Jacob called later and asked if he could come before that. Came about 12:45pm. Took him less than 10 minutes to make a new key and unlock door. Also explained to him that we have trouble opening our dead bolt locks (all keyed the same) with our keys; and, when I've had new ones made, they don't work right either. He explained that was because my keys were worn; and the new ones were just copied from worn keys. He ended up making me eight new keys, and all work great on all of the dead bolt locks. What a relief. I've spent hours on these locks and keys myself. Plus, I thought he might have to rekey the locks themselves, but with his knowledge he saved me this expense. He was done within 30 minutes. Great experience.

Great. Showed up on time and didn't take long to fix the problem. Very reasonable rate. Would definitely use him again.

He did a really good job, stamped every key for me, and came really quickly. The only problem was that the manufacturer sent the wrong locks, which was not Agnew's fault.
