We had them in every two weeks for nearly two years. The first year was great after the initial few cleans and I recommended their service to all my friends and neighbors. The past year their service had steadily declined with last minute reschedules, extremely late arrivals and poor quality as they had continuous training issues. With no warning I received a letter just before my scheduled clean day saying they would not be able to continue my service because they had miscalculated my initial rate and there would be a significant price increase with no other details. When I called and emailed for a new quote, none of my inquiries were answered. Although it is a small business, I am very disappointed in their unprofessional service and would not recommend them to anyone.

Absolute worst cleaning company I have ever hired their workers were talking about doing drugs in my homewith me right in the other room they charged me $400 to clean a 1500 square-foot home in which they left disgusting I still had dog hair everywhere tons of mold and mildew in my shower. The workers were also talking about how the owner is the only one bonded and insured because the workers are subcontractors none of them are insured by the owner which as subcontractors they are supposed to purchase their own to cover anything they do the business insurance does not cover the employees because they're not employs the only the owner only covers herself and she doesn't even go in and clean I just don't understand how this place is still in business every time I attempt to contact the owner I never get through no one ever answers my messages or anything I guess this is how she treats the people who her workers don't do a good job on they just basically say nothing and ignore you I just purchased this home I needed that I needed! Clean!!!! to move in and they completely skipped one of the bathrooms. I am just disgusted with their business ethic
