Horrible. They never finished the job they got an advance of cash on a job to be performed which they never did never return the money nevearn the money never answered calls or text whatever recommend them they are thieves. Took money from a woman who just lost her husband how-do-you-do that how unethical very unprofessional.

They were excellent. We contacted them last night, they came and did the job the next morning. The Tile job looks beautiful, and they will be doing more jobs for us. Ginger is so professional, and very personal, and only cares that the job is done excellent, which it was done. I am so grateful to Ginger and Jose their company is the ONLY company that I will hire to do my house.

Had them tile my entire shower which included installing the shower pan from scratch. The language barrier was a bit tough to get through but the finished product turned out beautiful. However, 4 months later, the sub floor underneath the shower pan was wet to the touch. I called and Jose came out right away. He took one tile out and there was water underneath the tile. His fix was to put a better quality sealant on the tile. I told him no as this was temporary fix and that he needed to fix the right way by replacing pan. I tried to call Ginger back and the call wouldn't go through. I called her from my google voice number and it went straight to voicemail. Finally received a text back a week later (claiming her phone had been messing up-convenient). They would send Jose back out 3 weeks later after everything had dried up to put the tile back in and put sealant on. Just discovered today the sub floor is wet again. She continues to argue that it's something else when Jose literally did every part of the install which corresponds to the leak. She states she may get to me in January. Not the way customer service works.

Jose is professional and very talented, along with having great expertise. He did a fabulous job and kept the area clean. His wife, Ginger, is a joy to work with for scheduling. They make a great team. I highly recommend this company!

I had an extremely tricky, heavily-pattered tile installation for a fireplace surround. It required mad design skills and precision measuring to cover up the bare metal and still line up symmetrically on top, bottom, and sides. These folks nailed the design. Grout and spacing were perfect to reveal the intricate pattern and bring out internal images. Beautiful work! Exceeded my expectations by a longshot!

Excellent Job Great attitude Very Professional

The job went great, they ended up taking down my backsplash from previous wanna be tile person. They fixed mistakes the other person did and did a fantastic job installing the backsplash behind the range. They also made my life easy by allowing me to go out of town, they entered my home when I wasn’t there, they cleaned up their mess. I came home to new bsplash and clean kitchen. Thank You

J&G Tile Services does very quality work at very reasonable prices. Jose & James are a great team who works hard until they get the job done. They take great pride in their work & it makes them happy when their customers are pleased with their work. They are very polite and are a great pleasure to be around! They did a beautiful job and helped us with our tile design. J&G was flexible and worked around our schedule as we were out of town frequently and in some cases were short on materials.

J&G did a really great job for us on three separate occasions in 2018 and we were very pleased with all aspects of their work. Two of the jobs required some subfloor work, wallboard and some plumbing. I did a little of the work and all of the painting myself and we were very pleased with the way they worked with us to get everything done on time and within our budget. I would not hesitate to hire them again and am happy to recommend them to others in the Charleston area.
