Since I retired from the military, my wife and I were looking for a trustworthy and reliable handyman for our new house. I went on Angie's list to search the area and found HIS Handiwork. His reviews looked satisfying to fit our needs. It was the BEST CHOICE WE MADE SINCE I BECAME A HOMEOWNER. I am fairly disabled and cannot do the things I did in my younger years.Customer Service is a big thing to me, Ross and his crew went above and beyond, and explaining house maintenance tidbits. I strongly encourage you to use him for anything that is broken or for whatever reason, Some people do not take the time out to write a review. THAT WOULD BE ME. But, I will for HIS Handiwork. Thank you Ross. My neighbors always ask me how my projects are coming along. I tell them "things are looking good".

As soon as I contacted Ross, he returned my call immediately. He had another service call in my area so he said he would call the next day to let me know when he was coming. He gave me an approximate cost over the phone. Next morning Ross called me with an ETA and arrived earlier than said. He replaced a small section of rotted wood under the vinyl door cap, caulked, and affixed the vinyl with screws. You could not even tell anything had been done to the area. The other side of the door had a very small beginning of rot which he simply sealed. Using a ladder, Ross checked several places on the exterior of roof to identify any other locations in need of repair and found none. He suggested quick fix.

Very reliable, quality work. A pleasure to have in my home. Excellent follow through and work ethic.

Ross was very prompt and communicative. He contacted us immediately after we purchased his Deal and always replied in a timely manner. He was knowledgeable in all of the areas with which we asked him to help and gave us advice on how to protect our home from having the same problems again, and also how to further improve some things around the house that we didn't even realize were problems! Should we require handyman services again, we will definitely give Ross a call! Highly recommend!

Ross had a difficult job of finishing someone elses unfinished work! We had missing door jams, and molding and Ross worked hard to make things work that were very difficult. He never gave up! He offered suggestions to help me save money on future projects. He was punctual, clean, professional and full of great advice! I would hire him again and again! In fact I did! I hired him from Angie's list and then I called him back for more work a month later. He's now a regular on my list of great service provider's!

Ross rebuilt wooden exterior steps on a rental unit. He did a good job as the steps are sturdy and the tenant is pleased. I'll be calling him for any future work.

Ross did a great job in all respects. He was punctual an keeper me informed.

I was contacted immediately & we scheduled right away. Showed up on time and was very pleasant. This was an unusual job since I only had a vague idea of how I wanted it built. Ross designed an exceptional kayak storage rack and built it in less than three hours. His work far exceeded my expectations! I will absolutely use him again.

It went alright. He charges $50 an hour but he isn’t worth it. He lacks the initiative to get with the program and get things done. There were times that I had to loan him my tools.

Ross did a super job. Very professional. Very high quality work. Very reasonable price. And 100% trustworthy (was able to go to work and leave Ross at the house doing the handiwork without any concerns).

.All tasks were completed as expected. The jobs look fresh and new.

Provider was very quick to provide a quick and accurate estimate for the job. He was also very flexible when the scope of the project changed. He showed up on time every day. He used drop clothes and taped off areas so that he did not get any paint where it did not belong. He is a meticulous painter and did an excellent job of replacing the rotten trim. He also pointed out areas that needed work and let us know the additional cost before purchasing the materials. I would highly recommend him to anyone that needed handyman services.

The owner was great. We had wind damage -- a large trunk-like branch fell on our hedgerow, some shingles were dislocated, and a window broke off its hinge. The pitch on the roof was too steep for him to fix the shingles, but he gave it a valiant try, and provided a recommendation for someone who might be able to take care of it. He was well-spoken, efficient and polite. I will call on him again!

Ross was great he did what he said he would in a timley matter we would use him any time .he his very pleasant to work with.

Very Responsive to inquiry! Came out to the house, inspected the damage, and was able to give a reasonable quote. Ross showed up on time the day he committed to be there and worked late into the day to ensure the project was done as promised. Would use again.

He didn't have all the tools for the job. I ended up purchasing a drill bit for $7. He would not pay me back for it. His work was okay though.

Ross is a very nice honest man that stakes his reputation on his work. I would use him again and will be calling him back soon.

We had been dealing with a burnt out hallway light for more than a month. We tried to change the light fixture ourselves to no success. HIS Handiwork LLC fixed it without issue. Then he moved on to our fence that was built rather poorly by the former owners. Lastly he fixed a rip in the screen on our porch. He was fast, professional and his attention to detail was beyond reproach.

The gentleman was out here, he did good work and cleaned it after himself. It was fine. He was professional and answered all my questions and everything that I needed to ask about. He did the work in a timely manner.

Ross worked energetically until the project was completed. He removed the old wood and cut it up to place in our trash can. He had all the necessary tools to cut and install the acrylic so it fit precisely. He painted it and it looks as if it were the original molding.

We live out of state and HIS Handiwork provides superb, reliable, complete service to our properties.

He gave me an estimate, which I accepted. He charged exactly what he said he would and did everything he said he would, too. He was prompt, professional, and respectful. He went above and beyond to ensure that we were satisfied - at no charge.

Ross worked around my schedule and was at the project site before I arrived. He did a fine job with the repairs. The interior door had to be sawed and shaved to fit into a smaller door frame of an older house. The fit was perfect. He cleaned up behind himself and left the discarded items on the outside. Ross was professional, polite, neat and clean. I will definitely keep him on file for future projects.

He was very professional, calculated the cost for supplies and labor so that I knew exactly what to expect. He cleaned up the project and took away the left over lumber. Took his shoes off when coming into the house and was very courteous at all times. I would definitely hire him back for future work. Bob

Had more rot and critters than was able to see fore repair. Did excellent job, insured it was finished before leaving. Will call him if I need any other problems arise.
