Description of Work: Fabricated and installed granite countertops. Other companies I contacted had much better references for granite shops. However, The Granite Shop Did well with quotes and install of the granite itself. Customer service at the fabrication shops was great, Sam and Bonnie were very helpful. Problems were with the customer service at the shop. After the first two contacts with them, I actually drove to the fab shop to talk with Sam. When I called to ask about corbels, I was told "well I don't know anything about your install so I can't help you." Then when I finally got the corbels installed by the person they referred I asked what was the charge and he said "nothing, they usually bill it in with the granite and they just told me to collect from you, and I am just so mad, cause I just don't do it that way". So of course I had to give him something, he and his helper had spent two hours there. Never had any kind of follow up from the Granite shop as to satisfaction. Had to call and ask about sealing. Wasn't given any instructions. Actually, had found out about the need for corbels from another fabricator. The granite shop never metioned them, nor was I told when I asked, how many, what kind, how much weight they would need to support. Nothing. If you only need to have granite installed and know everything about the process, I guess they would be ok.

+ -1 moreBoth Jennifer and Sam were very helpful in the design process and in helping to get the best product/result for the best price. Actual workers were extremely professional, courteous and neat. Would highly recommend the Granite Shop for any home remodeling project. I will definitely be using them again in the fiture.
