The owner of the company is John Freeman. He had replaced an air conditioning unit before. He did a really good job. His price was reasonable. The work turned out to be excellent. It is sometimes difficult to get a hold of him because he is kind of a one man operation. If he is on a job, he will not pick up his phone. As soon as he finishes with the job, he will definitely give you a call back. He is very polite. He is very thorough. He knows his business. He makes good recommendations. I live in a big house and people see that and they think they can add a little more to the bill. Mr. Freeman never does that. He is very honest and I can always trust what he says. As long as he is in the business, I would keep using his service.
