They did a good job. The biggest problem was they didn't always come when they said they were going to. A couple of times they said they were coming and the guy would call and say something had held him up and that happened two or three times. I had him do one other thing that wasn't in the original contract. He filled in some cracks and charged a reasonable price.

They were relatively responsible. They left the area clean. I would recommend them to a friend for pool deck repair and tile repair on hot tub.

Met with dave and his girlfriend for a quote. The price seemed reasonable and he sounded like he knew what he was doing. Told me it would be a two day process. We would drain pool and take off old tile. Then put on new tile. Would come back the next day and finish with grout. So we drained the pool the day before he was going to arrive. Dave showed up with the wrong tile. Had to order again and would take a few days. Came back in a few days with the wrong tile again! Finally the right tile came after week and a half of pool being drained with pump not running and water stagnet. Still have permanent stains on pool from this. Due to weather, job was completed about 5 days later. Immediatley I was not happy with the results. The tile around the spa was very uneven. each tile was at a different height. I did not say anything because I was just happy the job was completed. After a few days, the bottom line of caulk below the tile began to dissolve. Called dave to let him know and he said drain pool again and let dry and he would come back out with different caulk. So drained pool again! He applied the new caulk and we let dry for several days before we filled back up. It started to dissolve within a few weeks again. I began to research on my own about the caulk being used. Found out that there is a certain caulk that needs to be used in saltwater pools, not the bathroom caulk he was using. I paid $60 a tube for three tubes. I drained the pool again and took off the old caulking myself. I put on proper caulk myself. Has not dissolved since. Also, the grout has began to crack all along the top line of tiles due to water getting under tile. I have had to caulk these areas as well and buy new caulk also, the spa tile run came completely off. I have asked dave to rectify this but have not had any cooperation. I have spent probably hundreds of dollars draining and filling pool throughout this process I believe Dave is a very hard worker and at the beginning was trying to make things right but ultimately he did not have the knowledge to perform the job I hired him for.

The weather was not cooperative, but David and his helper stuck with the job including working several hours in the rain. The liner was installed much better than the old one (the original) had been. There are no wrinkles in the liner like there were in the old pool. I would recommend Dun-rite. They did excellent work.

The tile job was incredible. I had the pool co that services my pool weekly and who installed the tiles try and clean them and they gave up and said there is nothing that can be done (wrong) This is when David and his company was called and he came by and after trying several methods decided on a much more labor intensive process. At this point most people would have given up including my own pool co that services me weekly and has for years but not David, he dug in and got the job done and to my surprise and the pool company's surprise the tiles look like new. The pool cleaning was top notch as well and made the whole pool look like new again. I was very impressed and pleased with all aspects of the work that was done but what I was most impressed by the work ethic and responsiveness of Dun-rite Pool and Tile. I could not be more impressed and happy and will be calling this company first for any pool need in the future.

We verified before the appointment that he would be able to clean the pool without the pump and he said he could. Upon arrival he said he had a friend who could fix the pump but needed a deposit for $200 to have his friend to the work. He returned to inform us that his friend was unable to do the work. We said that was fine we would take care of the pump, he just needed to clean the pool. He has now refused return the deposit of $200 and did not do most of the work that was listed in the deal. When he took the deposit check he said he would not cash it as it was just for parts if they were needed. The check was cashed immediately. I do not recommend him as he is unprofessional, did poor work and lied to us repeatedly. He shows up unannounced and just walks into our backyard without us knowing.

They did a great job. They were punctual and the pool looks wonderful. We are very pleased with them and would highly recommend them.

He was excellent! He was here early in the morning, reliable, and was very conscientious. They were very clean as well.
