 + -1 moreI finally took it back to store where I purchase it and returned it. After three tries they still could not help me . Which their store is the one that handles the warranties in this area. That was my first time using them . I can say it did not win me over .
Description of Work: Had issues with a push mower that was month old, still under warranty. Was told they could not find an issue with it. Couple of days later did same thing again .I took it back they said it was spark plug and choke which they replaced .I had to paid the first time for them to look at it. Again in about two weeks same thing happen again .

After I described what it was doing , they told me over the phone what it probably was and we set up an appointment to bring it in. I was pleasantly surprised at the care and customer service I recieved. They were prompt and had my mower repaired as they promised. Driggers has a customer for all my small engine repair jobs.
Description of Work: My Troy-Built riding lawnmower motor need a special part for the steering shaft.

 + -1 morei called about getting my Cub Cadet riding mower fixed. The lady that answered, Dot, was very polite and said it may be possible to get my mower back the same day if I got it in early. Well, they got the mower repaired right away, and that afternoon I was back at home happily mowing my yard! Excellent response from the service department. They have a huge staff that also sells a big stock of new equipment from mowers to blowers. Would absolutely recommend them.
Description of Work: My mower wouldn't run except in "choke", so the carburetor needed to be cleaned out.
