John called to let me know he was on his way and showed up at the scheduled time. During the scheduling process, he was the only person that could give me an actual price without coming out and charging the $65 service fee first. He was very friendly, efficient, and thorough! They got in and out in about 30 minutes. He replaced both springs, greased everything, and then checked the alignment multiple times to make sure the garage door was working perfectly!

John from DocDoor replaced our 30-year old, wooden garage doors with 2 new, insulated garage doors and new garage door openers. We've had them for nearly 6 months now. He did an excellent and swift job and provided some training on how to use the new system. We are very pleased with the work he provided.

Hands down, the best service you'll probably ever receive. John Guido, the owner, promptly returned my initial call, and was courteous and professional as we set up an appointment for an estimate. His arrival was on-time; the estimate was carefully crafted, completed and emailed to us within two days. After accepting the estimate our doors were ordered. Mr. Guido called when the doors arrived and we set up an installation date. On installation day Mr. Guido arrived on-time and completed all the work within four hours. The quality of both the garage doors and workmanship is outstanding. The installation was flawless. Honestly, this is a genuine Five Star company!

Showed up on time, explained the fix, quoted a fair price, went straight to work. Very professional, will recommend to friends and neighbors.

So far so good. John responded to my voice message within an hour, booked a time the next day even though he was out of town, and showed up on Sunday even a few minutes early. I'm waiting on the estimate and hopefully the door will be replaced in a couple of days. Meanwhile, John took the time to lower the door so I don't have to worry about it until he replaces it. Our garage door opener failed suddenly Friday night. We were resigned to waiting until Monday and then decided to look on Angie's list since we recently opened an account. We found Docdoor, highly reviewed, who was not only open Friday night but offered Saturday hours. We called, described the problem, made an appointment for Saturday morning. He called a half hour before the appointment, arrived on time, fixed the problem, looked at the other door that we had been having a minor problem with and diagnosed and fixed that one too. We have never had service that prompt.

Well our garage door broke last night so this morning I got on Angie's list and found 1 company. My husband called them and got a voice mail 😯. He left a message. I scrolled further down and found Docdoor so my husband called, John answered and said he would be out between 2 and 3. Meanwhile the first company called back, sorry for them. John was out at 2:30. Fixed our problem better than we could've asked for. He went above and beyond!! He greased everything tightened up our opener on the wall he even cleaned it!! He fixed things he didn't even have fix. Now my dogs Mojo and Shay are happy again to be able to hang out in the garage again with the door open. He was everything he stated in his bio and more. Shop local businesses and use local businesses.

John arrived on time. He diagnosed the problem immediately, gave an estimate, and proceeded to fix our garage door that would not open. When he fixed it he made it so it closes evenly, and seals at the bottom. When it worked it was noisy, uneven and downright scary. He did an excellent job, with due haste, for the price he quoted, and he was personable too. What else can I ask? Well, maybe to have my husband come in for dinner, who has been enjoying opening and shutting the door for the last hour.

John was very knowledgeable and was able to quickly diagnose the problem with the one opener. He was able to install a new opener and help me program the remotes. John was easy to work with and had the doors fully operational within an hour or so.

Went great. Called on a saturday morning. He was on appt. Came right after. Fixed BOTH doors, only 1 was broke. Had him do both for less money than other company quoted me 1 door. Now both doors have new springs and i am set for years. Very good, and price was 1/3 of other major name on this web site.

On Feburary 22 I call DocDoor and spoke to John G****, he promise to come to out the next morning at 9am, and to my surpise he was at my door before 9am very puncatual I like that. John came in and gave me a price to install one door and fix the other door correcetly, he came back that afternoon to do the job. It took him about 2hrs to installed and correct one that was already up later that evening one of the wheels came off the track and I call him in the morning to my suprice he came over immedealty and adjusted it. My experence with DocDoor has been wonderful I would strongly recommend to all my friends and family good job John. Thank you.

The spring to my garage door broke while trying to head out to work and John answered in the early AM and cheerfully told me that he would be over to take a look within the hour. Traffic was light so he even showed a bit early. He identified the issue and got straight to work. He showed me the broken pieces and explained all of the new pieces installed. He also checked over everything else and even made sure my remotes were working properly. I was so thankful that he could come help me out on such short notice. i will definitely use again should the need arise.
