Description of Work: I hired Clean Sweep to clean my home on a weekly basis. They worked for me for about 4 months. I have several areas of concern with their service. Pricing: They do provide a quote over the phone for what there rate will be, but it is wierd that they ask you to rate how dirty your home is for them to calculate the rate. I had no idea how to dertermine the scale for that. Also I felt that they nickle and dimed me on ever aspect of cleaning. There is an upcharge for everything (sweeping under the beds

Description of Work: I hired them for a one time full service with inside windows and ended up contracting a monthly service. Jessica is always prompt when calling to schedule visits and pleasant and proffesional on the phone.. The crew does and wonderful job always leaves the house looking better than I expect. Completely satisfied!

 + -1 moreThey arrive always with a cheerful disposition. They work quickly and thoroughly. They clean each room at a time and when they leave, the house looks great and smells even better. My favorite day is when Jessica comes to visit. She is also very pleasant and professional.

 + -1 moreThe cleaning went well - even though we were not in the home to check on them. Friends who were unloading the truck said they spent a good deal of time - especially with the refrigerator - which needed extra elbow grease. The mover they sent was especially courteous. I felt they were very reasonable and was pleased with the work they all did.
Description of Work: We had a walk thru with our Realtor on a house that had recently been lived in. Coming from out of state, I did not know what to expect when I met Clean Sweep there, as had been arranged. In addition to a general kitchen and bathroom cleaning, I realized I also needed a refrigerator and oven cleaning, which Clean Sweep added to the services I needed. In addition, the night before, we panicked in thinking we didn't have enough help to unload our rental truck. Clean Sweep had extra (male) help to assist with that as well.

 + -1 moreJessica and Linda showed up on time. They were very polite and professional. I tried to stay out of their way but were very fast and thorough. The were above and beyond my expectations. I was very pleased with the end result. They even emptied my trash after all the cleaning was done. I will defiantly use them again in the future.
Description of Work: Had a one time cleaning done. They showed up on time and were very friendly. They understood exactly what i wanted done and finished in a decent amount of time. I had the kitchen, family room, kids rooms and living room dusted, vacuumed and scrubbed down. Jessica told me that she was willing to do the laundry but at a little extra cost. I had already done that. They were good about not touching my personal stuff and stayed out of my room on my instructions.

 + -1 moreI have used cleaning companys in the past and was not satisfied with the amount of money I had to spend for the little amount of work done. Jessica and Sandy were very professional and did such a great job. They really put their all in cleaning my house. I was very happy with their work and highly recommend them to anyone. I will be calling them back for our November and December holiday Cleaning.
Description of Work: My 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bathroom home was completely and throughly cleaned. Including all of my baseboards and cabinets being scrubed and wiped down.
