Description of Work: Kevin Smith was great. He gave me information on the phone, arrived promptly at my house and did a full cleaning and inspection of my ventless gas fireplace. If I ever need additional work on my fireplace, Kevin will definitely be the first one I call.

+ -1 moreOutstanding workmanship. Fabricated a galvanized cover for the top of the chimney wall which is how it should have been done according to the building code.
Description of Work: Installed new chimney cap & then repaired incorrect vinyl siding installation (by a not-so-good contractor not installing to code) on the chimney which had resulted in water leakage damage to the interior of my house.

+ -1 moreWonderful. Kevin was patient on the phone and did all he could to make me self sufficient and avoid a service call. This is what I wanted.
Description of Work: I had trouble restarting the gas fireplace for the season and Kevin walked me through restoring the service in several phone calls. He did a great job and didn't charge anything. A few years ago he did the same thing. That time required an actual service call but it was very reasonable. They could have charged me for the time on the phone but didn't. They provide great service and a friendly family oriented business.
