I looked at 5 vendors on Angie's list and got quotes from 3. I went with Trae Roberts --- although his was not the lowest quote. I don't just want the cheapest price; I want the highest quality of work and professionalism and experience that I can afford. I was very happy with the results of Trae's work and will definitely hire him again for his services. The "soft wash" was much better on our vinyl siding then a hard pressure wash. We had no problems and he did a very thorough job with excellent cleanup. Highly recommend.

This is actually the 2nd time we have used Charleston Power Wash. Previously had our home done in June 2012 and it didn't need washed again until Sept 2013. Trae does a very good job, is always on time and just a very pleasant person. Also offers credit for referrals. We would recommend CPWash to anyone.

Trae Roberts was very professional. He showed up on time both to do the estimate as well as on the day we scheduled the power wash. Did a very thorough job. There was one area on the back porch that I thought need a little more attention. When I called to ask him about it, he promptly returned the next day to re-wash that site as well as power wash the front walk way that I had forgotten to ask him to do. Excellent job, excellent customer service. Would definitely use them again.

Trae arrived early after calling me to see if it was okay for him to show up early. He walked around the home making sure there was nothing in his way that might be damaged by his process. He graphically showed me how low the pressure was on his wash machinery. I was skeptical, at first, that this low pressure approach would clean my home. Needless to say, I was very pleasantly supprised at the outcome. My home SHINES and is most likely the brightest in the neighborhood. Trae's attention to detail is a welcome change to most of my service experiences and after speaking to him, at lenghth, regarding his business philosophy it's easy to see why he's at the top of the list in pressure washers. I will use Trae again and will certainly recommend him to others in need of his services.

I emailed for a quote and got a prompt response. He explained the process and told me the price. I then contacted him to schedule a date. He showed up on the agreed upon date and time. He took the time to cover up my outdoor TV, that is in the screened porch. Cleaned my two-story house in about 90 minutes. Looks very nice. Job well done. Thank you, Trae.

I have used Charleston Power Wash before and each time I have been very pleased with the results - much better than the $79 'specials' I had tried before I found Charleston Power Wash. The company owner is a true professional and the results show that. Trae has always arrived on time and has put forth the effort to make sure potted plants and lawn furniture were moved before he started. He has never tried to take shortcuts or rush to complete the job - the house has always looked like new after he was finished. I have recommended him to several of my neighbors who were less than happy with who they had used in the past and each of them have thanked me for the recommendation.

The solution used did get rid of mold and grime on trim. Unfortunately the solution that dripped on to the trees next to the house is causing them to lose their leaves. Technician was very pleasant and punctual.

Owner was very responsive. called back and quote within 1 day of request. Scheduled and completed work within 1 week of quote. Work was done very well, on schedule, and on budget. No pressure, no up-selling, just good old-fashioned quality work for a fair price. Will definitely be calling again....

His service is a little bit different than others. He does a gentle wash using a chemical. He specializes in homes that cannot handle the high pressure washing. I was satisfied with his work. He had said that he wouldn't be able to clean our back deck as that wasn't part of the job we were paying for. But when we returned home it looked like he had cleaned it. It looked great. We were really impressed

I called Trea and left him a voice mail. He responded in less than 30 minutes, I told him what I wanted done, he said he would go out to the property and give me an estimate later that day. Trea called me later that day, told me what he had observed and gave me an estimate of $365 to clean the entire exterior. When compared to some of the advertisements of $79 - $125 this seems a little high, that is until you see what you get. We then scheduled a date and time for the work. Trea arrived on time, actually ahead of me, and was already cleaning when I arrived. This was a 5 1/2 hour project with basicaly no breaks other than to reposition his ladder or hose and to answere a few of my questions. When he was finished the results were amazing. The house had not been cleaned since constuction and there was a lot of hornets nest and cobwebs in the eaves,around window and light fixtures as well as the dirt and mildew that had accumulated over the past 3 years. It was an amazing transformation. I did not know the house was as dirty as it was until I saw how clean it had become. wonderful job. We will be doing this on yearly basis with Charleston Power Wash!

Trae was friendly, courteous, punctual, knowledgeable, and he did a great job! He explained everything well, including the process and the results I could expect. I've lived in this house for 10 years, and although I'd had my house washed, I hadn't thought to wash the brick steps. It turns out they were a lighter color than I thought! Having just moved into the state we were not familiar with the need to power wash homes, however, the home we purchased had sat vacant for nearly a year and had accumulated a significant amount of webs, dirt, and green growing substances over that time. Because we were new to the area we did not know where to turn so we called 3 different companies for estimates, all with good reviews to their credit. Trae was the only one of the three contractors who called us back that day, in fact, he called us within just a few hours of our contacting him. Trae was very professional on the phone and we set up an appointment for him to do the work early the next week. (Trae had already reviewed our home on Google street view and was able to give me a ball park estimate that was well within our expectations so I did not feel an in-person estimate was necessary.) Trae showed up early on the scheduled day and after walking the perimeter of the home confirmed the ball park price he had given me over the phone. Trae's work was exceptional and he did more that we had actually been expecting. The original discussion with Trae did not include doing our screen porch area but he felt that it was in bad enough shape that he wanted to do it as well so that "it all looked right". Trae's work was exceptional and everything came out sparkling clean, even the 2nd story eaves that had begun to blacken and green. I would not hesitate to recommend Trae to anyone that I know, as I have already to several co-workers who just moved into the area as well. We already plan to ask Trae to come back each and every time we need the house power washed because we do not believe that anyone can do a better job than he did.

Trey was very courteous on the call back. He showed up as promised and gave me a price quote on doing the work. I called him back the next day to schedule the work, and we agreed on a date and time. He was right on time for the appointment and did the work as promised. He even went back over a few tough spots that needed to be cleaned further. I will definitely use this company again next year.
