Trae did a terrific job. He was very quick to respond to our request for an estimate and provided a detailed estimate and discussed all aspects of the job. He arrived on time, did a very meticulous job with very close attention to detail. Trae is very organized, does a very complete job and is very personable. First Thanks Angie, I did my homework on the internet and as always checked your listings. We moved to a new house 14 months ago from New England and it was time to power wash the house. I finally chose Charleston power wash per your reviews. I called and Mr Roberts he estimated a price over the phone according to the square footage of the house and I was pleased with that price and we scheduled a time. Trae was on time, introduced himself to me and explained his procedure. Went to work and made our new home look BETTER than the day we moved in 14 months ago. I am very impressed with his work and professionalism, his attention to both flower gardens and vegetable gardens. Trae has a great customer relations and will not be happy unless the customer is.I already scheduled for next year and beyond. If I had a commercial business Trae would be the guy to keep it attractive and pristine. To be successful you have to look successful. Thank you Trae .

I contacted Charleston Power Wash on May 4th by phone as well as filled out an estimate form online. I immediately got a call in which Trae gave me a quote for my house and was able to accommodate my next day schedule. On May 5th, Trae called before coming to my house and he was on time. He immediately started cleaning my house and took extra measure to clean the concrete on my screened porch. He also cleaned off the pollen that accumulated on my front porch rocking chairs. I was very pleased with the overall results. I have already locked him into my cell phone so that I can use his company next year this time. I would highly recommend this company.

I requested an estimate via the website. Within a day, Trae had called to give me a general idea of price and scheduling. We scheduled a date for the pressure washing of the house with the option to add the deck when he could give me a firmer price. As promised, he called me before the scheduled date to give me a firm quote on the both the house and deck. We proceeded as previously agreed, with the addition of the deck as well. Trae worked out the details so that I did not have to take off from work to be at the house when the work was being done (unless I just wanted to do so) - which was great for me! He also offered to hold payment until confirming that I was satisfied with the work performed. They arrived and finished as scheduled. Other than the fact that my house and deck sparkled like new, I would never have known they had been there. Wonderful service that I would highly recommend!

Although the cost was more than I was quoted from other pressure washing companies, I chose to continue because Trae Roberts answered my phone call, showed up when he said he was going to in order to give me a quote and was dressed professionally and drove a professional vehicle. I am so glad I did. Trae did a FANTASTIC job on my house. I can honestly say that I don't think it has looked this good since I bought it new six years ago. Trae went above and beyond, taking extra time to clean the flashing on the front of my house and the chimney stack that I had not even noticed was sided! I don't believe in the five years prior of pressure washing services that the chimney stack was touched. I will choose this company for all my pressure washing needs from here forward. He did a marvelous job. Very reasonably priced. He was very courteous. He told me before he came out. When I got home from my errands, he finished and everything was perfect.

Charleston Power Wash... Wow I am not sure there are words to describe the service Trea provided. Every aspect of the service I received was superior. From my initial contact to the completion of the job Trea did an outstanding job. He went above and beyond to ensure my house was the cleanest on the block. Charleston Power Wash may not be the the cheapest bid you will receive but he is the best in the area. I would highly recommend him and his technique to anyone who wants the job done right!

Very professional. Had an estimate the day I called. Did a great job.

The gentleman arrived a few minutes before scheduled. We reviewed what was to be done and he got right to work. When he had finished, he asked me to come outside and make sure I was completely satisfied with his work. I was very pleased. I had been told by other companies that the black streaks that accumulate on white gutters cannot be removed. This guy cleaned them. After the house had dried, areas of the house became noticeable that were of different shades. To his credit he came back out and re-cleaned some areas of the house with a brush. He explained that the areas that looked different were due to oxidation of the vinyl and that it was not dirt. The areas that were re-cleaned with a brush looked nice, however they stand out from the rest of the house. I think I will opt for a complete brush cleaning next time.
