owner agreed that should not cut at the Y. I said maybe 2 to 3 feet up and he said aprox. 4 feet up the limb bend out and I agreed to have it cut there Needless to say he said he never said anything of the sort. He never came back to see what I was talking about I sent him a picture and he said that is what I ordered. Finally, he said the next time I get a job on James Island , he would come by and cut the limb the way we agreed on
