Description of Work: Checked all electrical components of furnance & ac units, checked charge of ac unit. Everything went very well , change a leaky capasitor informed me units were in good working order. The technican pointed out minor problems that I could fix myself. Very knowledgable about my systems

Description of Work: Carolina Air Care replaced my old AC system with 2 new systems for my 2 story house. The original AC system was outdated, inefficient and improperly designed with just one system for my 2-story house. The work Carolina Air Care did was quite involved. They did a thorough, professional job and the new systems are quiet and seem to be performing perfectly.

Description of Work: We are extremely pleased with provider. They do what they say the will do, charge what they have quoted, show up on time,leave the area they worked in very clean, and genuinely show that they care. They then follow-up to make sure there are no problems. I would highly recommend them.

Description of Work: Carolina Air Services took over another company that we had been using for five years. In 2009 we had a new HVAC unit put in(Tempstar) NEVER GET ONE!! It is now 2011 and the coil had to be replaced:( Thankfully the coil was under warrenty but the labor wasn't. Carolina Air took care of us and it wasn't that painful. Thank you Carolina Air Service for helping out and making the experience pleasant.
