Carolina air care was a great company to deal with. Their people were knowledgeable and attentive. They were able to give me a great price on a replacement HVAC system. Beating all the estimates I was given from other companies. The techs who installed the system were great. I can't thank them enough.

Carolina Air Care is great. They have great customer service and a great product. They replaced my old unit with a more energy efficient one. They installed a new thermostat and taught me how to use it. They arrived on time with a crew and cleaned up after they were done. Even raked around the unit! I would recommend them to all my friends. Best HVAC company in Charleston!

I have a lot of work done by contactors in various applications such as carpentry, heat and air, lawn and garden, etc. While this installation was not without a minor hiccup due to an observation error made by the salesman, that I also made, the process flowed as smoothly as anything that I have have done lately. The installation crew was a good group of guys who were personable, professional, and efficient. They did a good job. I am satisfied.

The estimate and installation of new system went great. New system is incredible. Always impressed with their responsiveness and customer service when servicing system. Minor leakage and stain in ceiling occurred when sucking out water from old drip pan. However, on my request they repainted ceiling without charge to get back to its original condition. A great company with incredible customer service.

This business actually cares about their customers. Installed a new A/C system. Staff was very helpful and also assisted with rebate submission and product registration. Provided me with all necessary paperwork. I am glad I chose Carolina Air Care.

This company was prompt, efficient and professional all the way from Allison who took my phone call, to Jake who came out the same day I called to give me an assessment and estimate of the replacement unit, and to Stephen and the guys who came to put it in on the day we picked for installation. The price was so much better than my other estimate and we got a quality Lennox unit with a ten year warranty. I will definitely use these folks again and recommend that you call them when you have a problem.

Fantastic service. The guy who did my estimate was very professional, and took his time explaining and answering my questions (i am sorry i forgot his name). He was not pushy and did not give me the usual "car salesman" type sales pitch. I received other estimates and i picked this company mainly due to the guy who did the estimate (i did research on all of them too). The installation crew were the same-professional and knowledgeable. They cleaned up, explained and answered my questions. Very pleasant guys. Paul and the other two men with him arrived when they said they would for the installation. And the customer service was great over all by this company. I recommend them. The price was fair and they made sure to explain the manufacturer discount and Dominion electric company rebate too to make sure i got them.

Everything went great: from the initial visit by Mike, communications with Kayla, through the completion of the tear out and installation by Paul, Doug and Josh...who made the whole experience as pleasant as possible. From start to finish the job was done efficiently and professionally. I would definitely use this company again and I enthusiastically recommend them to other who are in need of HVAC work. Not only did they diagnose my problems quickly and expertly, they provided me with a small portable system for the weekend to keep me cool while I waited for them. They also installed my new system professionally and in a very timely manner as well as double checked on the quality of the installation a day or two after it had been installed.
