Description of Work: Installation was a bit sloppy so not only did a duct fall off, they broke a vent and a pipe that led from the kitchen disposal, and failed to connect a boot properly. Worst of all is their receptionist who will interrupt you when you a relating a problem. She even yelled "you listen to me!" Never experienced anything like this before. She refused to connect me to the owner.

Description of Work: My damper was sticking so I called the company to assess the situation for me. I have two dampers and only one seemed to be sticking. They came out on time and performed their checks as required. Had to order a damper motor. Less than two weeks later they came back and installed a new damper motor.

Description of Work: It took two separate trips and two bills. I really did not think the first guy knew what he was doing. The second guy did resolve the problem which the first guy should have fixed. Will never use them again or recommend them to any one.

Description of Work: They installed a Lennox 3 ton heat and air conditioner system. We had 80% chance of rain today and thought Carlonia Air would cancel the installation. They arrived on time and worked in between downpours. They were here until 7:00 pm. Once they got the unit installed, they tried to turn the unit on. It would not turn on. They found they could not turn the gas on. I called SCEG to come out. When they arrive they found the gas line to the unit had rusted out and had a hole in it. SCEG furnished the line needed to replace the old line, and Carolina Air personnel installed the line. The heat was turned on before the service men left, everything was working fine. The service provided was professional and the installers were polite, and professional . We are very satisfied with the work.

This is a separate system in our room over the garage. We were very satisfied with the service of this company and would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

Description of Work: They replaced my old 1983 HVAC model with a brand-new 15.5-Seer Lennox heat pump & cleaned the filthy ducts left to me by the previous owner of my condo. |I have given them a C on Punctuality because they arrived an hour late (10:37 for a 9:30 appointment, did not call me 20 minutes before arrival as I requested, & underestimated the finish time that afternoon, so I hung around when I could have planned my day differently if I had known the truth.
