Great job by all involved!
Description of Work: Great service and staff. Came out to my house and installed a new AC unit. Followed up two days later with quality check and made sure we were satisfied. Will continue to use as we have for several years. Great job!

Description of Work: The service man had to return because the Air conditioning was still not working. First visit we told him the AC unit had |freezes up. He replaced a fuse and drained the lines. Bill was $268.00. We waited for the house to cool. It did not. He came back and when we asked if he remembered that we told him ant the. Frozen unit. He said "oh yeah". Of course the motor was no good and he replaced it. We then gave him $406.00. No apology. Was given. The temp. Inside was 85 degrees for several days. I talked to Allison in between service calls and she had an attitude that was condescending and so out of line in every way. I hung up on her after telling her that the return service call should be priority. She called back a few minutes later and spoke to my husband and said the work be done ASAP. NOT SO. Awful woman

Description of Work: Personnel were on time and explained the schedule and what was going to be done. After work the area was clean. All personnel were friendly and helpful. Before leaving they make sure we were satisfied and understood the operation of the equipment. All paperwork and information necessary to receive SCE&G and manufacture rebates was provided and explained. A followup inspection was done 2 days later with the same professionalism. Again he went over the operation of the equipment making sure we understood its operation and ensured we had no additional questions.
