Overall a great job. Did installation as ordered and helped us repair work done incorrectly by another company involving a mini-split where lack of insulation caused water damage on a bedroom ceiling.

Two servicemen performed the work quietly, efficiently, and courteously. We had recently had our terrazo floors re-polished, and unlike many service people, these guys knew enough to remove their shoes before coming in the house. We have a very steep and curved staircase which gave the guys some problems, but I only heard about this after the job was done (through their boss, who joked they were mad at him for forgetting to tell them in advance!!). Again, I can't stress how quiet and efficient they were. My wife has been sick and often has to sleep during the day. Many service technicians we've worked with are noisy, carry on loud and boisterous conversations with one another, and ask/require the homeowner to answer a lot of questions. Since, Carolina sends it's senior representative out before the job starts, they had all of their instructions. We hardly knew they were in the house they took so much care to be quiet!! The air flow is remarkable; the units cool each of the upstairs and downstairs VERY rapidly. On their STANDARD return (quality control) visit, David fixed a small noise (squeeking in the air handler) and fixed a vent damper that had been stuck. The system works flawlessly! and we have an affordable 2 year labor warranty. These guys are friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.

It went well from start to finish. I interviewed 5 HVAC companies and found most of the proposals to be high on price or low on warranty time. Carolina Air Care hit the numbers just right. Fair price and strong warranty with a good product. Salesman was great and helped identify just the right unit for my home. Installers were on time. Follow- up was timely.

Bad day to have air go down. Everybody else's did too. Called early in the morning and was told they would be there in about 2 hours and they would call before they came. They called to say they had a difficult job and would be later than expected. 6 hours later they arrived. They did call before they came. They fixed the problem right away. The tech was very nice and knowledgable. I chose the company because of their coupon. Be careful to interpret it carefully. It is not an Angie's List service call special of $40. That is the price for everybody. There is no special deal to be had with the coupon unless you have a major repair. Deceptive

They were excellent and they gave us the best price as we chose a high end HVAC unit. I think we saved $3000. When ever we need help like if the air conditioner brakes down, it’s only $40 for them to come out but where as the other company was charging $85. They were very professional and everything was great. The prices are very competitive. They are very professional, have good communication, they get back as soon as possible and they follow up very well.

Our house if FINALLY cool in this hot weather. Our buider undersized the original unit and we have suffered every summer. CAC replaced with a new, larger unit and installed air filtration. Great pricing and service. We appreciated all they did to make us finally comfortable. We're no longer embarrased to have guests in the summertime !!

Punctual. Worked thru lunch, had no problems with removal of old systems and installation of new ones. I would certainly request a free estimate again, and if their price remains competitive, they would be my #1 choice for any future work. Everyone at Carolina Air Care is highly motivated and professional.

After returning from a vaction we arrived home and smelled mold in the house. My husband went under our house and discovered the ductwork was hanging on the ground. The ducts were filled with water and had rotten through the insulation in several areas. I called Carolina Air Care at about 8pm and talked to Alan Smith who was very helpful. He made several phone calls and by 8:30pm he informed me that a duct crew would be there first thing the next morning. The duct crew were kind and worked hard, long hours to install our new duct system. Crawl spaces are dirty, stinky places that have all kinds of "critters" that try to make it their home. Not once did the workers complain about the stinky smell. My husband and I are thankful and pleased with our new ductwork.
