It went very well! The technician arrived on time and gave me a detailed discription of the problem and advised me that I needed a new furnace. Delivered and installed a new furnace within a few hours. I'm very happy with the company.

They showed up on time, which was the day after an ice storm, quickly identified the issue, made the repair, and left all within an hour. Adam was polite and very helpful.

My "builder's grade" home heating and cooling system began to show it's age after 7 years. I purchased the home new and the HVAC system slowly became a money pit going into the eight year of service. CAC provided me with regular yearly service, maintenance and repair for the past 5 years. CAC was always responsive and punctual to my service and repair needs. I signed the contract for a new HVAC system on 12-19-2013 and the installers arrived promptly at 10AM the next day (12/20) and were completed with the new installation by 4PM. Many thanks go to Larry, David and staff for their superior and professional customer service.

They were professional, on time. They did say the parts replacement were recommended but not required but would affect performance. Did feel the parts were pricey and they didn't give me a break on the $50 service check cost though.

Andy Mullis their service guy came to my home and stated the compressor was bad in my 6yr old lennox unit and recommended that I replace with new Rudd unit. Andy and installation crew was very professional!

They were very knowledgeable and explained the issues well. The installers were diligent and worked hard. They did a very good job.

During the Polar Vortex Jan 7-8, my furnace began acting erratically. The house was really cold but sometimes the heater worked. I was wearing my parka all the timeAs it turned out 2 parts were failing but worked sometimes so it was hard to pinpoint and fix. He came out the same day I called and did not quit til it was fixed. He diagnosed and replaced mother board and one other part. He spent about 4-5 hrs total fixing it and checking it out. He did not charge me for the second part!. I really appreciated the fact that he did not give up until it was working.

I called at 2:30pm or so, and I had a repairman at my house within an hour and a half! (Great to us since it was rather cold and our heat wasn't working AT ALL!!) When Chris first came in answer to our service call, he did a thorough inspection of our very dated system, and found one or two things wrong that could potentially be the problem, but explained that we could end up replacing those parts just to discover more that was wrong. At first I was thinking this was a ploy to get us to replace the system with them and spend more money, until he showed us what it would cost to repair the existing unit. When we discovered it would be almost the same amount to FIX the 22 year old system as it would be to REPLACE it with a new, energy efficient one that also earned us a tax break, we realized he might have a good point. My husband and I appreciated that he was hesitant to replace parts on the old one before discussing the possibility of further repairs at length and explaining what was most likely going to be a temporary fix. He wasn't pushing or selling, but definitely let us know what would be costing us more in the long run in terms of equipment AND energy costs. He set us up with a quote and left us to figure out financing after we'd made the decision to replace. He was very informative, seemed to know his stuff, and very efficient. He was friendly while still remaining professional. When we figured out how we were going to pay for the new system, we called and they got a team and the equipment together and got that heater installed SAME DAY! Those guys were working so hard, and earned their money that day for sure - since our house was all wrong for so many reasons. There was never a grumble, never any negative attitude towards myself or my family, and they didn't stop every 5 minutes for a break of some sort. I was impressed with the customer service from everyone, from the office to the techs, and was extremely appreciative of their hard work to get us the most efficient system for our house, for a good price, and as quickly as possible. Not only did their efficiency as a group work in our favor for tax purposes, but for comfort as well! It was a cold time of year to be without heat! Also, while they were there replacing the old downstairs unit, they checked on our upstairs unit as well. This one is considerably newer, and wasn't producing heat all of the sudden (as in the morning of the day they were replacing the other one!), was all frozen up, and was leaking through the ceiling in my child's room. Oy. They were so up front and didn't dance around things - they let us know what would really be necessary and what could wait, what was worth it and what was a waste of money. In so many ways they earned my trust as a consumer to not feel ripped off or misguided at any point. Anyway - they fixed some faulty wiring, changed the backwards way our HORRIBLE other contractor had set things up, and had us warm and comfortable both upstairs and downstairs before they left! AWESOME! Also, after the job was complete, they cleaned up very well after themselves, had everything packed up, and removed the old system and all the junk that was associated with it. We so appreciated their hard work, professionalism, and honesty through the entire process. Thank you!! You were all wonderful! Our overall experience could only have been better if someone else had paid the tab! Haha!

Great. We called on a Saturday morning. David came out that afternoon. He was very knowledgeable and professional. His price was better than the other quote we had. Unit was installed on Monday morning with no problems. They were punctual and courteous. Everything is doing well. I would recommend Carolina Air Care to anyone needing a new unit or repair.

They were cheaper than the competition by almost $1,000 and they work was excellent. They were on time, completed a new install and removed the old unit in under 3 hours. We had a couple of hiccups with the system (more operator error than anything else) and they promptly came out and took care of everything.

I recently purchased a home in the area. I called Carolina Air Care to come and check out the HVAC before I started it for the first time. I called their office earlier in the morning to inquire when a tech might be available, the women at the office was very helpful and stated that a tech could be there by 10:30. Less than 2 hours! She told me that the tech would be driving a well maked van, with the company name on it and would have an ID with his name and info. When I hung up the phone it rang back in 2 mins, the woman in the office asked if the tech could come earlier, it being the day before the holiday and the company was trying to let the workers go home earlier to be with their families. The tech, Andy, come within a short time. When over the process with me, then went to work. He informed me thAt the unit was 10 years old was in working order but has not see any TLC in a while. It showed!!! He did ask if I would like to have it. Cleaned and do a tune up on it. He wasn't pushy, but it would help to make I've more efficient. I also asked him to work up a price for a replacement in the future. I am very happy with the company and the employee that came to my house. Andy did a great job.

It went great! Initial sales discussion was clear, unhurried, and without pressure. Installations were accomplished within a week and crews were efficient and polite. Follow up Q.C. visit within a week. Checked system instructions and found no problems.

Called and got estimate. David was professional and very knowledgeable. Worked hard, installers were pleasant, work/job was completed in a timely manner. Very satisfied!!

Talked to several firms, Carolina Air Care stood out, very knowledgeable and a very good price. Chris was professional, responsive, promised a quality installation and his techs delivered. They arrived on time, knew their trade well and an overall terrific experience! Would highly recommend.

We purchased our home a year ago and spent last winter and this past summer with our home not heating and cooling properly. We knew the package unit was older but had no idea that we had major issues w/our duct system, i.e., holes, too small for the square footage (3000), no airflow to an entire section of our home, etc. Carolina Air Care came in showed and explained the problems and more importantly, a solution. They did the deed that's for sure. Professional, clean and thorough... they even conducted an inspection of the installs. The office staff are very nice and professional... All the way around there doesn't seem to be a problem this company can't solve, in the office or out in the field!

I paid more than what I anticipated. I paid almost $400 more than they quoted me initially. They cleaned the system, added Freon, and replaced a part in the outside unit. Thinking back on the work, I should have had the unit replaced to save monet. They also found that the upstairs ducts need to be replaced. They could be a little more thoughtful in the home by being a little cleaner. They should have worn shoe covers and some of my furniture should have been covered better. Other than this, my system is running well.

On time and did an excellent job.

Carolina Air Care came to my house to install a new air conditioning unit and clean my air ducts. There were a few issues with the new A/C installation which were somewhat out of the installers' control. Whenever I called them about the issues, they were very professional and had someone come out here WITHIN an hour or so. We had a few hiccups but I must say, Carolina Air Care stands by their 100% guaranteed work and up-front pricing, they made things right! Unfortunately, I was unable to see the real time Video Inspection System during the duct cleaning process because I was at work so I cannot elaborate on that process. The dryer duct was not cleaned but I don't think that's included in the duct cleaning. Overall, I would highly recommend Carolina Air Care to anyone looking for A/C maintenance or installation. Everyone was a pleasure to work with and the customer service is one of the best I've dealt with regardless of the business type.

please read above. Work not done yet, but will write review when work completed. So far, the man is honest and straight forward.Company came back with new part and had the AC working within the hour. I am signing up for a maintance annally. The Tech was very good and recommend him for a raise!!!

Person , arrived promptly and was very pleasant and professional. He sat down with us to explain the whole proposal and reasons behind the choices he was submitting. The price was a couple of thousand over another quote we had gotten from a recommended source, so we did not go with this vendor.

Crew showed up on time and worked through the weekend to get the job done. They were friendly and professional. Cleaned up at the end of each day and at the end of the job. The air flow and efficiency is so much better since the duct work was replaced! We will definitely use their services again!

They did a really good job with all that but what I needed was somebody to actually repair the air conditioner vent to get me by because he was wanting to sell me the whole unit right now, and I said the unit I got was working. He did a real good job of showing me where I stood, and what needed to be fixed. It was a really good estimate. He answered my questions. He sent me an e-mail back with all kinds of quotes. It was an A+ on overall experience. I think he had some kind of a delay, he wasn't there on the exact time of day, but he'd let me know and it was just a little shorter. He gave me the option of being able to do the ductwork separate, but I don't want to put brandnew ductwork on an old unit. He gave me several options to do, what I'm going to do that he said is, I'm going to try to put the ductwork myself and use the older unit for a couple of years, and then if I can get by with that then I may go back to him and buy the unit. It's my choice that I'm not using them right now. They gave me all the good options, and it's up to me which choices I wanted to take.
