Three workers arrived on time and started right away, did not wast time. Removed all old A/C installed new ones with composite pad filters, digital stat, vacuumed and sealed all ducts. Removed waste and debris, had some incidents but took care of them right away. Cleaned ducts, inspected everything, signed papers and left. Very satisfactory and happy with the service. A minor accident occurred but very responsibly took care of it.

The 2 service/installation guys were on time, professional, clean, thorough and courteous. The HVAC unit they installed is top notch. I will only use this company for future service and replaced of my other older units when they require replacement.

The entire process from quote to quaility check was smooth and seamless. They showed up on time (if not early) to all their appointments. The installers were clean and efficient, laying down plastic so not to drop any of the old rusted unit on the carpet! They even swept up what little mess they made. The lead installer was very patient working with his apprentice. Which we appreciated as the next generation comes up thru the ranks. The staff in the office was polite and accommodating as well. We cannot say enough about the employees knowledge, skills, and pleasant personalities. Definitely not the experience we had with previous HVAC companies. We would highly recommend them.

They came when they said they would and the guy seemed to be very professional. What I didn’t like as much was the office that I had phoned originally seemed to have confusion about what I wanted and they sent him to do air conditioning vent not a dryer vent. So I was a little peeved over that but once he figured out it was their mistake, he came in the very next day on the weekend and fixed it. The actual people who come to do the work are very good and they try to please. They have been pretty good to us. Compared to another person we called, they were probably about the same in pricing but the other guy sounded very unprofessional which is why we went with Carolina Air Care instead of the other guy. Even though they made a mistake and he didn’t have to, he came out the next day to rectify it. He was very professional and he obviously new his stuff. The girl at the phone didn’t quite understand what she was getting into; I think they just hired her new. I liked the company but I did not like the fact that she messed it up and told him the wrong thing; he was obviously not a happy camper either.

Great service by Carolina Air Care. Chose to replace both the air handler and outdoor unit on a 10 year old system. Had to come back out due to a kink in the copper line (not their fault, home builders fault) and gave us a discount on a new copper line. Recommended for HVAC service.

Our A/C went out on Friday night. I called Saturday morning and scheduled an appointment for Sunday morning. David arrived on time and was professional and courteous. I liked the fact that with 23 years experience, he explained I needed a different air filter in our system, and invited me to go outside with him to look at the unit. He was thorough in his evaluation, explained to me what it needed to be repaired, and had the parts on his truck. It was repaired in no time and the cost was very reasonable. I will definitely use Carolina Air Care for any future Heating and Air needs!

Two employees arrived on time. Very courteous and business professionals. They worked tirelessly to in stall new system. Neat and clean while working inside our home.

Kyle did assessment. Paul, Mike and Daniel did installation. All were very professional. Kyle did the follow up inspection will be using Carolina Air Care in the future.

The estimate and installation went great! The installation team were professional and the clean up afterwards was awesome. However, The QC appointment (s) afterwards have been not so good. Very late and had to reschedule or a no show.

Our AC unit was acting up and stopped working. We called and talked to a very nice receptionist who took our call and told us someone would respond to our issue within 24 hours. We received a call just a couple of hours later to schedule someone to come in and look at the unit. Our unit had an apparent leak. The tech explained and showed the issue and offered the various solutions available. The tech was very nice and explained that searching for and fixing the leak could potentially be very costly and may not fix the overall issue. We went with the initial cheaper solution of refilling the refrigerant to hopefully get us through the summer. However, the unit stopped working again in a couple days. Once again, Carolina Air was very responsive and came out to look at the situation. The tech took time to show the issues inside the unit and it was apparent that a new unit was needed instead of replacing the costly individual parts. After discussing which unit we wanted to purchase, the tech (Kyle) scheduled the soonest emergency installation he could (We have a 2 yr old). Kyle went back to the office that night to bring us a portable AC unit so that we could make it through the week until the new unit was installed. The installers were quick and clean with the installation and Kyle did a follow up quality check a few days afterwards. The whole process was efficient and seamless. It was an easy to company to work with. Their prices are also very competitive.

Overall a good experience. Once we made a decision they were able to install the new HVAC unit the following day. I was booked to have my other unit serviced but they didn't have the proper equipment. I had it scheduled with the quality check on the new install a few days later but then that appointment was canceled by the company. The lady at the office wasn't too pleased that I was upset that they had canceled the day of. She didn't keep a professional tone with me. Hopefully this was a one time thing and they stick to their appointments. Currently the system is running and working well.

Went well. Very punctual. Very tidy. Responded quickly and finished on time. Would recommend to anyone needing repair or replacement in timely manner.

Called them on Thursday with stopped up drain pipe and overflow pan that was overflowing. Earliest she said would be between 6 and 7 on Friday evening. He was here at 6:10. Real nice guy. He finished fixing all the problems (there were a few more than mentioned above)a little after 10. Everything is working properly, no leaks. I will continue to use Carolina Air Care in the future.

Of course late Friday afternoon the AC goes out on what seems like the hottest day of the year. We called Carolina Air Care, spoke with their dispatcher and a technician called us back within the hour. Technician arrived shortly thereafter and replaced the dual capacitor topped off the refrigerant and had the unit up and running within an hour. Overall I am very pleased with the experience. Their prices are competitive (HVAC repair is always pricey) and their technicians are knowledgeable and fast. Will do business with again.

They had a good warranty on the equipment and they did service plans. I was really pleased with my experience with them.

When the tech arrived found the problem with the furnace, he called everywhere but could not find the replacement part anywhere since most places were closed for the night which meant we would have to go all night with no heat on a cold Jan. nite. He called all the other techs he works with too see if anyone might have that part on their truck to no avail. He told us that he would be back first thing in the morning with the part. An hour later he called us and said another tech called him back and said he had the part we needed could he come now( at 8:30 pm) and I said sure. It was getting pretty cold in the house and was very glad he was willing to come back and work on our furnace so late in the evening when he could have just waited until morning.

From the initial call, scheduling an estimate, all the way through installation, dealing with this company was a snap. I've dealt with several companies in the Charleston area for my home as well as my mother's home and this company is above par. Their salesman was polite, patient and answered all my questions. Their prices beat Lowes and Home Depot. The installation team was knowledgeable, quick and again, explained everything that was asked of them. Thank goodness I've found my HVAC company!!

.It went very well, although it was very uneventful. everything is working fine and the unit is running smoothly. This new unit has reduced my electric bill.

Daniel & Paul actually arrived about 15 minutes early. They went straight to work removing the old unit and preparing the attic for the new unit .All though it was very hot both in the attic and outside they worked continually. They were both very polite and very courteous. Explaining as they went along so we could understand what they were doing. Having to redo the inside attic duct work because the new inside unit was larger and the hook up on the other side. Once everything was completed they showed us how to work the new thermostats and explained the zone board and made sure everything was working properly. They cleaned up everything and went on their way. We are very pleased with Carolina Air Care not only Daniel and Paul that installed the unit but Kyle that came to try and repair the old unit and Tori at the office that helped me out several times. The price is excellent and the whole experience was very pleasant. Having had several bad experiences with bad contractors and shoddy work it is nice to get what you paid for and being respected by the people that are there to help you and them having pride in their work and doing an excellent job. The installation of the fan itself went well. However, the technician failed to re-attach the flu pipe to the vent properly. The next morning I happened to look in the furnace closet and the flu pipe had fallen off. So, during the previous night every time the furnace came on the fumes were vented into our home. I reported this problem on April 1, 2014 and two other techicians came to my home on the next day, April 2, 2014 and completed the installation properly. I would use this service again BUT I would check behind them to ensure everything was tight and secure as it should have been.

Called for air conditioning service (maintenance), was told we needed a new one. Prices were great and service was timely. Spent a lot of time explaining options thoroughly.

Called for second opinion and estimate, came the next day. Called 2 days later said I wanted their service and they installed new system. Game day

Three gentlemen arrived on time and performed removal of old heat pump and installed new one to my complete satisfaction. I would definitely recommend this company and its personnel to any needing a new heat pump.

Andy was very professional and provided detailed explanation of problems and suggested strategy for moving forward and repairs. Quoted prices were outstanding. We will be using them for all of our a/c services now and in the future.
