Carolina Air Care replaced my HVAC unit about 4 months ago. The price was unbeatable and the consult to go with a smaller unit than other companies recommended worked out perfectly and saved me money. Installation was easy and the unit has been great since.

Worked very hard and replaced both systems in 1 long day. Very nice and professional installers, and the office personnel are exceptional. Would highly recommend!

I had decided that I wanted to purchase a new Lennox heat pump system as my current system was almost 14 years old. I contacted 3 different Lennox dealers in my area, and for the same system, Carolina Air Care had the lowest price. The installation was scheduled, and the crew of 4 arrived on time. It took them 7 hours to install the 2 separate units that I purchased, and this included them removing all of the old equipment. I also had 2 new programmable thermostats installed. I am very satisfied with their work as well as my new equipment.

Dryer duct had not been cleaned since I bought the house 11 years ago. They arrived right on time and were quick and professional. Was quoted $150.00 over the phone but it depending on how the dryer duct ran through the house and end result was $150. My dyer duct goes straight up from the laundry room to a vent on the roof of a one story house.

It was a difficult job but the technicians worked hard, and did a very good job. We can definitely recommend them. One does not see quality work like that often.

Dave the service adviser came and told me my existing unit needed to be replaced! He sat with me and explained all the new equipment he suggested for replacement.

Kyle was awesome. There was a miscommunication about times, but when he found out he came right over. He was able to identify my A/C unit's issue in a matter moments and was more than willing to allow me to understand how the unit worked by watching him. He ensured that my unit had no other issues before he left. I would recommend him to anyone and use him again if required.

Excellent! I want to give kudos to both Kyle and Larry for the outstanding work they did while at my house. Both of them are prompt, professional and provided excellent service to both my outside and indoor AC units. The previous company that I was with wanted to haggle with me over prices and they sent someone to my house who acted like he didn't know what he was doing. Also, they had a tendency to have people arriving late to my house with no prior phone calls to let me know they would be tardy. I called Kyle on short notice which I don't like doing, but he was out here right away and did his job. Today I had Larry come to my house and he also did his job. I am now happy to report that I am now the latest new customer with Carolina Air and proud to be. Thank you!

I selected this company after comparison shopping and am very pleased with the installation of the Lennox system in my home. I also appreciated the courteous service given, as well as cost of system.

I got (3) estimates for the replacement of two systems HVAC. Carolina AirCare's was in the middle of the three. The first person that came out was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions and concerns. Carolina uses Lennox for their systems and provided me with a lot of material to go over. Why did I choose Carolina Air Care over the other two competitors? 1. The reviews I looked at were all excellent at various web sites: Angies List, Google,Yelp, etc. 2. There was no pressure from the sales people, in fact, they encouraged me to get other estimates from providers. 3. I liked the price, warranty, and product. All the other HVAC Systems American Standard and Carrier were no doubt excellent systems. When I made my decision I did call the other two companies and explained my decision. One was very professional and simply said thank you for considering us, while the other was rude, very negative, and in fact, did hang up on me. In all honesty I actually had used this company in the past and when I told the owner why I chose the other company he made a number of poor comments pointed at me and the company I chose. I was given a date for installation of both units from Carolina Air Care. I asked how long did they think it would take to install both systems, and was told (1) day. Honestly I wasn't so sure about that. Well when install day came I was told they were on their way to install both systems. I was told there would be two crews. The installers that came to my house were just "GREAT" they were organized and efficient. They obviously knew what they were doing. They encountered a problem with the opening to my attic that was not wide enough to get the furnace through that space. However, they solved that problem without causing any damage to that opening. Here is the bottom line. They installed the system in 5 hours!!!!! They worked extremely hard, did not waste any time it was real obvious they absolutely knew what they were doing. When they finished they went over everything with me. The following day a Quality Control person came out and went over the entire systems to make sure the installers did there job. Both units were installed as promised in one day and working. Carolina Air Care has excellent service Warranties, Price, and Product. So far I am more than very happy with my choice. If you are in need of a new HVAC Unit I would highly recommend that you give Carolina Air Care a call.

Representative arrived at scheduled time, explained the process. We signed paper work. Technicians arrived on scheduled and worked in 7100 heat all day to install our new system.

Fantastic experience from initial sales meeting to final install. Extremely prompt and professional company. I dealt with 5 different individuals that were all Carolina Air Care employees and they truly exemplify "great customer service." I would not hesitate to call Carolina Air Care for all of my HVAC needs. Installed a new heat pump and air handler and had the paperwork ready to go for my SCE&G rebate.

We had contacted another provider who wouldn't even give us a date when the work could be done. This company came out quickly and scheduled the work to be done the very next week. Awesome! The work was done by a team of professional young men who kept us informed throughout the 2 day process. After all was done, a supervisor came out several days later to perform a quality check to ensure the system was working at top performance. This company exceeded our expectations. We will definitely use them for all our AC needs in the future.

From start to finish the job went very smoothly. The installers were on time and very professional. They cleaned up all of debris before they left. What made this stand out was the follow up by their service manager about a week later. I think this shows how serious the company takes their customer service. I was very impressed. Great job!!

They showed up early to both appointments and worked in the attic for 4+ hour on a 100 degree day. They were all nice, clean, respectful and hardworking.

Our air conditioning system "died" during the June 2015 heat wave! Obviously all companies serving our area were swamped with service calls, as was Carolina Air Care; however, they worked us in for an inspection the same day (Thursday) we called. Once they determined that our system needed to be replaced, they ordered the new system and had it in place and running the following Tuesday! Quite impressive considering the demand for their services. The price was very competitive and the Lennox system has performed remarkably well. Our house is now very comfortable at a higher temperature then with the previous system and will definitely save us on our electri bill. All of the employees of Carolina Air Care were very professional and caring. We highly recommend them. My two sons have also used Carolina Air Care and had the same excellent results.
