2 workers came and took out old equipment and installed HVAC system. It took 6 hrs but workers were thorough and cleaned up fair well. One even helped w/non-working.

The entire process went smoothly. I had Dave come to my home to give me a quote, which was by far more reasonable that any other quotes I received. After considering all of the options, I chose Carolina Air Care. They came out within the week that I decided and installed the new system in one day. The installers were on time and went straight to work when they arrived. Carolina Air Care followed up with a quality control inspection after the installation and verified that the work was done correctly and ensured that any questions or concerns I had were addressed.

All personnel very professional from office, sales and installation. They were prompt and very considerate. Kept us informed the entire time with each phase of install. Quality control arrived following day to inspect system and review the operation of the system. We are very impressed with their service.

They allowed me to continue fixing my unit for several years before it finally broke for good. They have always been prompt, honest, and patient with my many questions. First of all let me say that this was one of the best installs that I have ever experienced. The three techs (Reggie, Steven, and Josh) that preformed the work were an outstanding group of workers that were very professional, courteous and responsible. Each one had an assigned task to preform and they did it without delay or questioning each other. All three of them went over and above what they really had to do to make us happy with the job. They did not leave the property until they were sure that we were satisfied. What I thought was really exceptional was that in 48 hours after install a Quality Control Inspector came to the house and rechecked all work that was done, ran a series of tests on everything that was installed. Great job, great workmanship and would I recommend Carolina Air Care to anyone MOST DEFINETLY!!!!!!!!

Employers arrived within time stated, worked efficiently to install unit & thermostat-carbon minoxide detector. We had them previously install heatpump. So we called them back for this one for 2 zone heating.

It went very well. It was a full service. They were good. I have no complaints. I would use them again. They did a good job when they did the install.

Carolina Air Care in Summerville replaced our old heat pump system with a complete new efficiency system. We have had the new system for about 3 weeks now and are very happy with its performance. Very professional and courteous service from the initial service call by David on Friday, 2/8/16 through the install Tuesday, 2/9/16. Fast, friendly and efficient installation. The guys even laid cardboard down in the lawn where it was mushy so there numerous trips back and forth wouldn't damage the lawn. They were in and out in 3 hours and swept up and made sure the garage was as clean as when they arrived. I have been using Carolina Air Care for a number of years and they have always done their best to take care of any issues that popped up. Looking forward to this new Lennox system lasting a long time.

The installation went very well! The air handlers were in precarious and difficult places. However, they were able to deal with all the issues, which were actually created by the faulty design of the original builder. They knew exactly how to tackle the problem! They were on time, and they cleaned up before they left. Before departing they tested both units, and made sure the A/C and heating were working properly! Honestly, I could not have been more pleased. Two days later a different person came out and inspected the work and retested my systems. I highly recommend Carolina Air Care!

I was pleased with the prompt service. They came out quickly, diagnosed our problem (compressor was bad and we were out of warranty), gave us a quote to replace the compressor or purchase a new unit, and had the new unit installed 2 days later. Came out 3 days later to do a quality control check.

Three men arrived on time and started to work on removing and replacing my current heat pump. They were all very professional and nice. Were able to answer any questions we had. I would recommend them to any of my friends.

We are certainly impressed with the staff of this company. The installers Paul and Jamie were wonderful. They went right to work and did a nice job cleaning up too. Obviously they knew what they were doing and were friendly and professional. The gals we talked to in the office Allison and Larken were so helpful and accommodated our schedule. The salesperson Jake explained the procedure and costs involved thoroughly. The quality control person Andy who came out to check the installation was right on time and very nice. Their follow-ups are impressive. So far, the unit is very quiet and efficient.

Crew showed up on time and was professional and courteous throughout the day. During the installation they kept us informed of the remaining time of the installation. Once the installation was complete and the testing was performed and even though it was after hours, they showed us how to program/use the new thermostat. Overall it was a great experience and I would recommend them to anybody looking to install new units.
