Andy did an excellent job of estimating the job and insuring installation was completed on schedule and satisfaction of work.

The entire process went just as it was explained to me. They were planning a 2 day install/replacement, but due to the impending hurricane, they sent 5 associates and completed the job in ONE DAY!! Couldn't have asked for a more thorough job. Team was on time, explained to me what they planned to accomplish & approximately what time they would finish. Upon completion of install, they checked all vents for air plow and explained to me how to work the new thermostat. Couldn't be more pleased!!

Great. A/C went out and technician Kyle showed at the appointed time. I decided to replace the unit Kyle was able to schedule for next day. Diamond and a helps showed up the next day and completed the install, they removed all debris and cleaned up after themselves.

Went great! I have no complaints at this time. I was very impressed with the professionalism and overall work done by everyone at the company.

I give the Technicians that cleaned the Air Ducts and Registries an A. It only took about two hours to do a two story house. They did not have to go into the attic; everything was easy to get to. Even with a 10% discount with Angies List; we paid $630.00. Other area companies charge much less for the same cleaning.

The installers, Daniel & Ricky worked 11 hours on a hot Saturday & 6 hours on Sunday in August without a single complaint. I felt sorry for them working in such a hot attic had be done though.

Carolina Air Care was professional, friendly, and efficient both in coming to help us with our urgent HVAC needs and in the care we have received since the install. We had one problem with the unit come up almost one year after the install and Carolina Air Care had some one to our house very quickly to address the problem. All the technicians that we have dealt with have been very professional and friendly. I certainly recommend Carolina Air Care and intend to continue using them for our HVAC needs.

Came on day I called and provided a detailed quote. Signed a contract and agreed to an installation date and time. Arrived on time and completed installation that day. Returned next day to check performance of system and fine-tune adjustments. Have had no problems in the six months since.
