To anyone needing heating and air conditioning equipment or service: We recently decided to bite the bullet and replace our original, 12 year old heating and air conditioning system for our 2400 square foot home. We were starting to have more frequent breakdowns on our system, which was fairly undersized for our home, to begin with, and we had suffered huge electric bills ever since moving into this house. Our goal was to get the proper size system, and to enjoy more comfortable conditions and, hopefully, smaller electric bills as a result of a better, more efficient system. Over the years, we had dealt with several Summerville area HVAC repair services, and they all were pretty decent. For this large a purchase, we definitely had to get several quotes. We already had a good idea of which brands we wanted to consider, and also had a rough idea of what the cost should be. We received quotes from several area dealers. We were most impressed by the information that we received from Carolina Air Care, LLC. They represented high quality products, and the information presented to us was straightforward, accurate, and, most important, they did not try to sell us more than we needed or wanted! Carolina Air Care, LLC also gave us a very reasonable quote for the cost of the system and the installation. All of the various quotes that we received were relatively similar, but Carolina Air Care, LLC came in with the best price for the system that we wanted. We have had the system for about three weeks, now, which has been long enough to experience both the heating and cooling functions and to become familiar with the thermostats and the overall system. We are totally, absolutely pleased with both the system, itself, and the company. From the start of the process, we have been told correct information, have been treated with total respect, and went through an installation process that was almost unbelievably easy and quick, and totally at our convenience! The equipment and personnel showed up on time, totally prepared to complete the job, and they did! The installation took about four hours, which is what they estimated it would take, and other than answering a few questions, I hardly knew the crew was even here. After the installation was complete, we were very thoroughly taught how to work the system, Several days later, by appointment, the company service manager came to our home to check the entire system, and to go over everything. one more time. The gentleman was great, he spent several hours double-checking everything. He then answered any questions that we had. We are delighted with our new system, and with Carolina Air Care,LLC. I would recommend them for anything to do with heating and air conditioning. They are wonderful!

These guys are incredible. I had 4 or 5 people quote it and it ranged from $2800 to $6000. The $2800 was all D's on Angie's List and I did not use them. These guys are unusual. I have recommended them a bunch of times. There were 2 people to complete the service and it took a day. They left the area immaculate and they all bear booties.

Very well they were punctual and had the units installed quickly. The operation of the new systems was explained to me thoroughly and they came back to check on the systems.

They sent a lot of coupons but I also checked Angie's List and the recommendation was high for them also. It was on a rental property. I really didn't price around a lot, it sounded proper. It certainly wasn't a bad price. The quality is so far so good. Responsiveness was very good. They came out when they said they would, they called after they saw the work, and told me what it would cost. They determined that it was under warranty. They sought out the warranty claim for me. They only charged me for the labor and called me when it was finished. And it was a very smooth transaction. You can quote me there, smooth.
