Jack was the installer and they were on time did a professional job the whole crew.

Needed a new AC system put in. After receiving several estimates, we decided to go with Carolina Air Care. Jake was extremely helpful in determining which system would work best. He explained how everything would work, from installation to finance. When installation day came, Josh and his crew had our installed and running in less than 6 hours. The next day, the system and installation was given an thorough quality control inspection. All in all, a very good experience. I would definitely recommend Carolina Air Care.

I spent approximately one month doing research on the different units and providers in the area. After narrowing it down to just two providers and receiving estimates. I decided to go with Carolina Air Care. Jake came out to the house and explained the different unit and what I would require for a house my size. He then explained how the installation would go. Before leaving I had received a written estimate with three separate options. There was no pressure at all and just a very friendly, to just give them a call if I decided to go with their firm. Over the next week I had come up with several questions on the different units associated with the three options. I called the office and within an hour, Jake returned my call and was very professional in his demeanor, while fully answering all my questions, in layman’s terms. On the day of installation, Reggie and Paul showed up, they explained exactly what they were going to be doing and away they went. The installation was a little difficult due to the size of the entrance to my attic. I must say both of these gentlemen were very courteous and professional. They worked very well together. After they completed the installation, including a complete system check out, they explained the new touch screen thermostat and insured again, all my questions were answer to my satisfaction. They then cleaned up every area they had been in and even offered to vacuum. When they left, you could not even tell they had been there except for the brand new, very quiet, I might add, Lennox unit next to the house. Two days later, Chris, a different technician, came by to complete a quality check, of the installation and to insure everything was still working as advertised. The employees of Carolina Air Care were all very professional in all aspects, from the first phone call to the quality check. I would highly recommend them. Most of the well known brands of heating and air conditioning units work about the same, it is the company you hire to install them that really makes the difference. The employees of Carolina Air Care can be proud of their company and the fantastic service they provide….

I was very pleased with the service I received & very pleased with my new unit. A special thanks to the two gentlemen that did the install. They were very careful, put down mats to protect my carpeting & even scrubbed my carpet where some clay was tracked in due to it raining that morning. From Jake showing up exactly on time for the quote/estimate, to the people answering the phones and making appointment for the install, to the crews that came out to do the work. Going above and beyond is a understatement. Their installers Daniel and Rhett were two of the nicest workers I've come across in a long time. Friendly, very knowledgeable, and very clean. My Old unit was on a sloped yard. They took the time to level out the ground before putting down the new pad. Nothing but top notch. Prices and quotes for the work were great. I HIGHLY recommend giving them a try.

I did my homework and got quotes from 3 different contractors as this involves a lot of money. I can say with all honesty that Carolina Air Care gave us the BEST offer in terms of pricing, financing and a better brand HVAC System. They were on time on the installation day, very professional people to deal with and we love it that they have the Quality Control inspection a few days after the installation. All my concerns were addressed and answered. They took care of registering the new system installed to avail of the 10 year warranty for the parts and equipment and we really appreciate that. Big thanks to Larkin, Allison and Jake and all the technicians who came to the house, we are now enjoying the cool air from Carolina Air Care!!!

All went very well. They called before hand to makes sure I was home and remembered they were coming by. The tech added some stop leak to hold me over until the new unit arrived a week later. The new unit installed with no problem. The two guys who did the work - work hard and did a great job. These guys work very hard to make others comfortable
