Fantastic service start to finish. They removed the (very) old unit from the attic, installed all the new unit, and totally cleaned up after themselves (including literally taking a miniature boom and dust pan to sweep little bits of stuff off the stairs). Very pleased with every aspect, including the price.

The compressor on my HVAC system died, so I needed a new unit. Carolina Air Care was one of three estimates that I received. Their's was the least expensive, and although I have always heard not to go with the least expensive option, I decided to go with Carolina Air Care because of their customer service. Jake was very helpful in determining what type of unit I needed for the size of my house, what temperature I like to keep the house at, etc. He didn't try to sell me something that I didn't need. The guys that installed it were very professional and did a great job. I like that they have someone else come out about a week later to check the entire system to make sure it was installed correctly and to answer any questions. He gave me a couple tips that will help me save energy, and told me the best type of filters to use with my unit. Overall I am very happy with my experience with Carolina Air Care, and I would recommend them to anyone who needs a new HVAC system.

It took 2 days to remove old units and duct work and to install and test new units and system. Even got a manager drop in a few days after to check out the work and test system.

I called Carolina Air Care when I noticed my outside lines icing up. They promptly sent a technician (Damaun) out who diagnosed the problem. He politely and professionally explained all of the options available to me and answered every question I had. I knew it was time for a new unit and he drew up estimates for several different models and completely explained the features of all without pushing me to purchase something I might not need. I was pleasantly surprised at the estimate as it was much less than what I've heard others pay for a quality unit. I was promptly given an install date and Reggie and Chris showed exactly at the time stated. From the moment they hit the ground, they worked non-stop on ensuring I received a quality install. The time it took to finish the install took a little longer than they anticipated only because of the material and install done by the original builder. While they could have installed the unit with the builder's flaws, they were bound and determined to install the unit in a way that they would want it installed in their home (those were Reggie's words). They made dramatic improvements to the duct box coming from the air handler, which was not in the statement of work, and did not impose any additional charges. It just showed the pride they have in their quality of work and the desire to make the customer happy. A few days later, David, the Quality Assurance Inspector came out and looked at every nook and cranny to ensure nothing was missed. I am very pleased and can not speak highly enough of the service I received. You can tell a good company when you speak to the employees and they tell you how happy they are working with their employer. I heard it from all of them that I came in contact with. When the employer takes care of the employees, the employees will take care of you. Carolina Air Care has my business!!

The total experience from initial contact to the day of installation went very smoothly. I chose them based on previous reviews and their price for the hvac system. If the Lennox system holds up well over time, then I'll be very pleased. Reggie and Chris did the actual install and Larkin took my telephone calls. Job well done.

High marks for Carolina Air Care, they provided a window of time that my tech would come. The technician was punctual, I received a call prior to him coming over. Several options given to me that would take care of my problem ;he looked over my entire system to make sure that no other underlying problems were present. The technician was courteous, professional and very knowledgeable the parts also came with a warranty. My property was clean and left in good condition. I would definitely do business with this company again.

From start to finish it was a top notch job. Jke came over and gave us an estimate which we weren't actually have done until fall. That night (Wednesday) our unit quit working so I called to see when they could come. The young lady told me that they could be available Friday, hich was great but the temps were up in the nineties and my wi has M.S. so she doesn't handle the heat well. The people at Carolina air care loaned us a portable A/C unit, that day, free of charge to keep the house cool til they could replace our old unit. I can't say enough about the service, professionalism, and quality of everything and everyone involved in the job. A special Shout Out to the guys that installed the unit, they worked up in the attic under terrible temps but got the job one. I have and will continue to recommend these AWESOME people to friends and family.

Andy and his crew did an amazing job! They arrived on time, they removed and discarded the old duct work. Replaced the duct work with new. They left the job site clean and neat. They spent two days working on the lines with great care. They came back a few days later after the pressure check and fixed any little leaks. These men did a wonderful job. We feel that we would use them again and we have already told others about then!

Carolina Air Care, showed up on time, 8:30 am, proceeded to dismantle old A/C unit, attic and outside unit. Installed new unit, checked unit was running correctly. Came back 3 days later and did a complete quality control inspection.

Chris from Carolina Air Care had the best price from 3 different company's. The team that did the install were very clean and professional. Chris was very knowledgeable of what system would best fit my home as well as my budget. They will be returning in the fall to replace my duct work. Three different contractors that I have used recently, referred Carolina Air Care as the best. I am glad I listened to them.

I had used this company before to service my HVAC and to replace all the duct work under the house. I was very impressed with the work and the professionalism of the staff from the people answering the phones to the techs that came to the house and the quality inspection that was done after the work was completed. Both of these large dollar repairs were done with a most reasonable cost compared to other companies I had used in the past or compared estimates from. For me though, the big kicker is the people that work there. Everyone does what is possible to ensure that I received the best possible service and that I was satisfied with the work. No other company has ever sent out someone a few days after the work to inspect what was done, test everything again, answer my questions and make me feel assured that I would not be having any problems after they left.

The representative was at my house 30 minutes after I called the company (on a hot Saturday in July). He spent about an hour inspecting everything and gave me a very detailed, easy to understand list of options for replacing the unit, including all available rebates. There was no charge for the evaluation, and the installation was completed in one day as promised. No hidden charges, and an inspector came back 2 days after installation to make sure everything was working well (no charge for that inspection either). These guys are definitely our new AC company!
