From the time that Jake first arrived to look at my home and provide me with a no-cost estimate on a new HVAC system, everything went great. Within a day, I was approved by the finance company they use for the new system I had chosen. Jake had provided me with a list of four different systems that would more than meet my heating and cooling needs for the life of the unit. Within a week, the system was ordered and installed. The two gentlemen who installed my unit were true professionals. Two days after the unit was installed, a quality control inspector visited with me to check on the quality of the work performed. I am happy that Carolina Air Care is the company I chose for the job and will be the company that I see once a year for regular inspections of new system. In fact, I have already referred this company to two of my neighbors in the Weatherstone subdivision of Summerville, SC. Best wishes and Happy New Year to all.

These guys were fantastic. Professional and careful not to scratch the walls while removing the old system from the attic. Very personable and cleaned any dust and dirt. I am so happy that I chose Carolina Air Care not to mention a great price for a Lennox one of the better brands in the marketplace!!

These guys are great! Our whole system failed this week when temps were in the 30’s. We called them on Monday they came on Tuesday to quote and the new unit was installed on Wednesday! And they came back on Thursday to check to be sure everything was in proper working order. I highly recommend Carolina Air Care! Professional, prompt, knowledgeable and reasonably priced!! We were having issues with our 3 year old AC not delivering enough cold air in our house. I assumed it was due to high humidity and the ducts not being fully airtight so we had Carolina Air Care come out to take a look. The issue was actually that we were low in coolant by about 2 lbs, something the service man diagnosed in about 10-15 minutes. Once he filled up our coolant we have had zero issues getting and keeping the house cool. Due to the correct diagnostics performed by their technician, this was a much less expensive issue than we originally had anticipated. I would recommend them to anyone and we will be using them in the future.

Best price on HVAC unit. I have purchased a second unit because I was so satisfied. Have lower electric bills. Installation was prompt. The office staff was helpful and courteous. I highly recommend this company.

I got 6 quotes to replace my HVAC system in my 1-bedroom condo and CAC was the least expensive. But that is NOT why I went with them. All the others indicated that I would have extra expense for drywall repair & painting and they quoted me systems I had never heard of. CAC quoted a Lennox system, they were the least expensive, no drywall or painting involved AND they could do the job in 3 days! Who do you think I went with? I would certainly use them again. Very happy with the job they did and I am extremely picky!! Just ask my husband.

Two of the companies service employees arrived promptly per our agreed date and time. Both gentlemen worked expeditiously to begin the removal of the old and subsequent installation of the new system. We're satisfied with the operation thus far; as we await the upcoming annual inspection.
