Excellent. They came during a snow storm in January 2018 to replace the HVAC unit which was no longer working. It took them 3 hours to replace the entire thing. And they had an inspection a week after to make sure the install was done correctly.

Crews showed up on time and replaced system in a timely manner. They were professional and sold me what I needed rather than what they wanted to sell me. The quality install audit afterwards was an added plus and the reason I chose to use Carolina Air Care. Overall very pleased and would hire again.

Carolina Air Care was very responsive and competitive in pricing. They installed the unit as requested, however additional duct work needed to be performed which resulted in an additional charge. Overall we are satisfied with the HVAC system.

Two men showed on time instead of usual three, but they were conscientious workers and were still able to finish by end of business day as promised. They were professional, polite, and friendly. They addressed my concerns on installing outside unit as far from the bedrooms as possible and cleaned up the work site before leaving. They had the better price comparing the 14 to 16 SEER heat pumps and better labor warranty over the other estimate I received from a Carrier dealer.

Wonderful technicians who were courteous, efficient and thorough. They arrived on time, did a great job on-site with the install, and then cleaned up well when they were finished. I would highly recommend Carolina Air Care.

The technician determined the problem to be with the control signal to the unit. He originally thought it to be the thermostat, but after replacing it and the problem remaining he determined it was a wiring problem. He reinstalled my thermostat and told me that the wiring repair would be considerably cheaper than the thermostat replacement. The overall visit was very reasonable, and it has already lasted a month through the unusually bitter cold of the start of 2018. Not so sure about the warranty fine print on the invoice, almost looks like they charge considerably more if a part fails under warranty, which seems strange to me, kinda defeats the purpose of a warranty. I'm sure they'd answer any questions on the matter

Wonderful job and I cannot praise this company enough! Their crew came out during a rare but brutal snow and ice storm in Charleston, SC. I did not have heat for 2 days and frankly, I was desperate! The crew came on time and worked outside in the cold to install my new unit for 3 hours in temps that sunk to 17-degrees. But this company was more concerned about my family having heat in the house than it was about their working conditions. Kudos to a great team. A company representative met with me before the job to make sure every question was answered. After the job was completed, the same rep came out to do a quality control check. I could not have asked for a better team...and the heat during the cold spell was mightily appreciated.

Only one way to describe the service and product....EXCELLENT! From the initial contact all the way through the installation and follow-up, all the Carolina Air Care people were great. Jake, the estimator, was on time for his appointment to the minute. Gave us a written estimate within an hour, and barely an hour after that we received the formal offer from the office. And his estimate was almost 30% lower than estimates from another local installer. Larkin was prompt in scheduling our installation and keeping us informed each step of the way. The installation crew was on time and went right to work. They gave us an estimated time for completion and met it despite having to replace one of the units they brought when they discovered it had hidden damage from the warehouse. The crew was polite and courteous, very efficient and thorough. They cleaned up after the installation, removed all the trash, and even offered to vacuum the area around the installation. You could hardly tell they'd been here, either inside or outside our home. All personnel were thorough in explaining how the units operated and being sure we were comfortable in how to operate. The units work great and we are more than pleased with the installation.

Excellent response and value for a 2 ton 14 Seer heat pump

The entire process was harmonic. Three teams came in, one for each unit, and it was beautiful the way everyone worked in harmony. The actual installation occurred in July, when the heat was brutal. I'm not a easy recommendation, but these guys earned it! Everything has been working great since installation. I would recommend and use this company again without hesitation.

Team was on time, very efficient, took great care in not damaging shrubbery and landscaping,and the thermostat is easy to use for older people like us!! Installed a 2 1/2 ton Lennox.

Terrific. The technicians were prompt and professional, and did a beautiful job. The new unit is clean and installed properly, and works perfectly. They also send out a technician afterward to double-check the unit and its performance, and to make sure you are satisfied with the product and the service. Couldn't be nicer.

Carolina Air Care LLC of Summerville put in a new 3 ton Lennox air conditioner in February of this year. They were professional and on time they answered all our questions and concerns. We would recommend them to our friends and neighbors for their air conditioner needs. Don and Jackie (15190-104)

Old duct work removed. Chris, Jamaal and Jack were the team who removed and installed new hard pipe trunk and duct system. New boots were cut in and existing kick plates were sealed. The duct work is hung as high as possible and held with straps, very neat looking job. There appears to be plenty of mastic used . Duct worked later tested for air leak which was minimal and allowed rebate from SCE&G. Many thanks to Chris and Jamaal who did the heavy lifting in a confining crawl space.

Requested updated quote; received quote promptly; received install dates; replacement completed in less than 1 week; great experience.

Called at 12:30 pm Tec arrived at 2:00 pm all on 10-11-17. Recomended replacement as HVAC was very old. Installers arrived at 9:45 AM and finished at 3:30 pm

Jamal and Jack were on time and very friendly. They kept me inform on everything they were doing. They were both very professional and very knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and were patient with me through the whole process. I have definitely found my new company for life.
