Installation went great and follow-up by technician went well. Installed in June 2017-we waited to write review until after we had used both heat and air. Customer service was excellent and technician very knowledgeable. Technicians are on time and call when on their way.

As their busy season is beginning, I was surprised and pleased that I could be scheduled for the next week. The crew who came out(Daniel, Tony, and, Page) worked well together. They were professional in every way, and I enjoyed interacting with them, as well as their camaraderie. They would not consent to less than perfect for the installation. That the company(David) came out to do an air flow check was impressive. I could not be happier about the entire experience, not to mention that the price was more than fair. I got two quotes for repair or replacement of 12 year old 5-ton HVAC system. Carolina Air Care was not only thousands less expensive than the other contractor who quoted the job, but they were also by far the more professional. Andy's quote didn't have any baloney in it like artificially high prices then big discounts, etc. It was just a very fair quote with three options and he didn't push us into any optional add-ons that didn't make sense. Then on install day, the two techs worked super diligently and their I'd rate their installation as both very clean and very carefully and professionally done. Then a few days post-install, the owner came by to personally inspect everything and the system was running flawlessly. We're super happy with our Lenox unit and with our choice of Carolina Air Care. Would hire them again without question.

Excellent job!! After getting three companies to come out for estimates on my 14-year-old Heat pump, Carolina Air Care services was the best for the money. They explained all my options in detail comparing units that best fit my homes requirements for a split-system. I had a 14 SEER Lennox system installed in less than one day. The installers did a fantastic job, very professional and personable. Protection to my floors and totally cleaned up everything after the job was completed. CAC came highly recommend by word of mouth from my neighbors and I am glad I choose them for this new system and installation.

It went very well. The installers arrived on time and completed the job in the time frame we were given. They were pleasant and polite and careful not mark up our floors or walls with their shoes or equipment. They showed me how to operate our new thermostats after the install was completed. Two experienced technicians came out the week after the install to inspect the job and make sure everything was installed properly and working as it should. It was a positive experience all around and I would recommend them to others.

The ultimate professionals! They were on time, friendly and clean. The installers did a fantastic job and when they left, everything was as clean as when they arrived!
