As they say you're "supposed to do," I got three independent quotes to replace my 15 year old split unit heat pump, etc. Carolina Air Care started with the most thorough estimate of the three - Jake really seemed like he knew what he was doing and was serious about making sure he spec'd the right equipment and anticipated all potential costs, including moving a hot water heater. In the end, they didn't need to move it, and reduced the estimated cost in the final bill. Then I sat on the estimate until my system went out six months later (as one does)! Spoke with Larkin on a Saturday morning, scheduled replacement on Tuesday, and received a call back that the estimated price would remain in effect - which was nice. Mr. Jack and his crew arrived on Tuesday and completed the job very efficiently and professionally. Good work, tested the system, they were thorough, cleaned up, and were very communicative throughout. Dave returned the next day for a Quality assessment and he was awesome, too - gave me all the information I needed (and more) and helped me fully understand the system, operating it, and maintaining it. All in all, I really can't ask for anything more in this type of transaction - I give them an A+ and recommend them to my friends.

Carolina Air had performed a service call a couple years ago. We were very impressed at that point and thus did not hesitate to call them when our system went down. They were punctual, explained everything at every step of the way and gave us honest opinions on the various levels of efficiency and quality (read price points) that were available. We ended up with a mid-range system.

Three companies provided estimates for replacement of our downstairs heat pump and air handler. I selected Carolina Air Care because they received extremely high marks on Angie's List and was an 'A'-rated company. From start-to-finish, the company was great to work with. Their office staff was amazing and very personable. Upon completion of the work, I requested that they re-route the drain line for the air handler, and they happily re-routed it to ensure that I was satisfied with the work. Lastly, I was impressed that the company has it's own quality assurance inspector who visits the site upon completion and verifies everything is installed correctly and the system is performing as designed. This is a top-notch company, and I would hire again for any future work.

It went very well, I had several bids, Jake was the only one who took the time to go to my attic and gave me an estimate, he gave me several options to choose. And they came back after the installation to give a follow up inspection.

A few days later a couple of super friendly guys came out and installed it in a few hours. When I came home it was humming and blowing cold air. The place cools quickly and seems to be working great! Had one of my AC units replaced. Carolina Air Care came out within one day of my call to them and inspected the old unit. They recommended several replacements and even helped me with a credit from the electric company related to the purchased of the new unit. They were very efficient and the field techs were very friendly. The installation of the new unit went quickly and smoothly. They were there when they said they would be and left nothing for me to question, they even did a quality control check after the installation was completed. Very Happy with Carolina Air Care... We chose to replace our entire system because of so many problems with our old unit. The installer, Paul was very professional and took his time to do it right. He tested the system, then retested to insure it was working properly. Paul had his two helpers, Page and Seth that also did a great job!!! Two days after installing our new A/C unit and Furnace, Carolina Air Care sent an inspector out to check out the install and to make sure everything was done correctly. The inspector also took the time to answer any questions we had. We would definitely recommend Carolina Air Care to anyone that wants their "Job Done Right". My new A/C is guaranteed for 10 years... not your typical 5 year warranty. Very Happy.

Installed was great. Unit shutdown overnight. Called and they had a repair tech to my house within an hour and he found the problem are repaired it.

Excellent . There were problems and delays getting the final receipt for the rebate but the installers and QA was top notch.

Tony and Chris did a great job installing the system. They were very professional and the install went smoothly. David came out the next day to do a quality check. He was wonderful and very helpful as he educated us on our system and how to most efficiently cool and heat our particular footprint. I highly recommend Carolina Air Care!

Carolina Air Care was very responsive to address my needs in repairing or replacing my AC system. Do to the age of my system I decided to upgrade and replace it. Carolina Air Care was very good in giving me several opinions to choose from and did not push me toward any one over the other. They were very good in answering my many questions, and installing me a Lennox 3 ton Elite 16 seer system. The whole team...from the field service team on the phone to the installers and final inspector 3 days after the installation were all very professional. They provided a great service and system, and recommend them to anyone looking for AC service.

Carolina Air Care came out to diagnose why AC was not working and after much testing of AC wires, found the main electrical wire thru the house to the unit had been damaged. Further testing showed the location had been damaged by stucco repairmen. Not only did Carolina Air Care diagnose the problem, he found the location of the wire damage, then "rigged" the AC to work until we were able to get an electrician to replace the main wire to the unit. Outstanding service. Plus the office staff is friendly and helpful too. We're real happy to have found Carolina Air Care.

When our AC unit went out just 4 days before we were to host our wedding rehearsal dinner at the house, we were in full panic mode. After searching and calling multiple places, I got a response from Carolina Air Care (this was on a Sunday morning by the way) and they said they would have a technician over in an hour. The tech was thorough in diagnosing the problem and presenting the different options. After realizing the unit was over 10 years old and had multiple leaks, I really wanted to replace the unit. Carolina Air Care made sure to squeeze us in their schedule in time to have the unit replaced before family began arriving. By lunch time on Wednesday we had a brand new unit pumping ice cold air into the house and the crisis was averted. Carolina Air Care has a new life long customer in us and I will highly recommend them to anyone else.
