Carolina Air Care provide good service at a good value. They were punctual and thorough when installing our new A/C unit. They gave us instructions about how to get the rebates from Dominion Energy for our new system. I particularly appreciated them providing prompt assistance at no extra cost when we were trying to get our temperature and humidity levels worked out for maximum comfort.

This company has been great so far. We priced out a couple other options from other companies and these guys were half the cost for the same equipment and quality of work. Best HVAC company is Charleston.

Went very well. From the initial call to the bid to the install to the post install follow up. The process was exceptional. I have recommended to family and will use as my primary maintenance source. No pressure to buy or have additional add-ons to unit. The level of service is akin to treating people how you would want to be treated yourself.

It was a pleasant experience. I worked in the HVAC field for 11 plus years and have heard and seen some nightmare stories. I was concerned when it came to my personal unit so, I called around to several HVAC companies for quotes and they all lived up to my nightmares. I called Carolina Air Care and was pleasantly surprised. All my nightmares was erased by them. The pricing was fair, the customer service was excellent and the quality of installation was totally exceptional. I would recommend them to anyone for new installations and system replacements.

The company responded quickly to our request for an estimate. The person who examined the system gave us a detailed estimate and explained it. The person in charge of the installation gave us tips for maximizing the efficiency of the system. The installation went smoothly.

We just moved into a new house that needed a whole new HVAC system. Carolina Air Care came highly reccomended by family and friends and did not disappoint! Not only were they on time but were a little early! Excellent service along with friendly and knowledgable technicians is why we would reccomend to anyone!!

Of the three companies chosen for cost estimates, Carolina Air Care required the least clarifications of their proposal. Importantly, what was said by their representatives was confirmed in writing. Appointments were kept within promised time windows; the work was done in less time than originally estimated, and clean-ups were satisfactorily performed. The unit appears to be working appropriately for the two days it has been installed.
