I cannot say enough good things about the experience I've had recently with Carolina Air Care. I had the original unit on my nearly 14yo home, and I've known after numerous "bandaid" fixes in the last year or so that a new unit was in my near future. I was very anxious about the whole experience and cost, etc. But these guys were so easy to work with. The price and what was included as far as parts, install, services, warrantees, etc. was beyond compare when compared with other quotes I received. I am very relieved. Paul and his guys were in and out in only a day in my second floor attic space and outside taking out the old equipment and installing the new stuff. They responded promptly the same night of install for one small snafu. And then Cody and Daniel came back the next afternoon for a quality assurance visit. They were all great - very patient, good with questions, and handled working around my small humans and animals very nicely. Highly recommend these guys!

I received estimates from 6 different companies and I’m so happy I chose Carolina Air Care. FIVE STARS from beginning to end. I needed a new HVAC system and was referred to Carolina Air Care by 3 different friends and coworkers. Jake came out to go over what it would include and cost. He was very informative and not pushy! (The other companies I contacted were very pushy!) Kayla was very helpful with suggesting different financing options if needed and scheduled both appointments with ease. Chris and Chase were the installers who did an awesome job! They got the job done in a timely manner and answered any questions I had. Mike was also very nice. He came out two days later for the QC inspection to verify that everything was good with the install. Very professional and knowledgeable company! Thank you!

The price was much lower than anyone else, and the Lennox Heat & Air units were even more efficient than what was offered by other companies. The installation crew: Paul, Doug, and Josh were able to install everything in one day. We were without cool air for days when our old unit died. Yet, once we chose Carolina Air Care all was perfect the next day. They not only did excellent work, but worked hard until everything operated correctly and they were satisfied with everything. They were also very courteous throughout the installation. We're glad that we chose CAROLINA AIR CARE!!

great experience to have carolina air care to install the new rheem 2.5 ton 15.5 SEER HVAC. It is very professional, fast and give me the best price after shopping around several companies!

I initially scheduled a service appointment for one of my two HVAC units that American Home Shield repeatedly failed to send qualified HVAC specialist to repair. Firstly Kayla was great to work with for scheduling and Chris M. was on time and very professional in his competent assessment and diagnosis. He broke the costs down very accurately and quoted me the exact out the door price for a new unit that I ended up paying. My preference was to not purchase a new unit but Chris showed me exactly where and what the problem was, a very accurate quote to repair the outdated existing system, and then a quote considerably less than the prior two quotes I received from other contractors. Chris also took care of Carolina Air Care’s new customer with a complementary check of my other unit and waiving the assessment fee with my purchase of a new unit. Michael and his team continued the Carolina Air Care professionalism during the installation. He and his team were very courteous while in our home and did an excellent job. After working with over a dozen different HVAC contractors through AHS it was a welcome relief to receive the great service from Carolina Air Care.

Our system had been out for months but due to being out of town we were not able to get any quotes to replace it. When we finally got home got 4 quotes and felt Carolina Air Care was the best choice for us. Chris and Chase did the install when the company said they would be here...and they were on time. Took good care of our floors too. Daniel came a few days later to insure everything was good and did a system inspection as well. Can't say enough good things about doing business with this company.

technicians were great. Unfortunately it seems that my unit was undersized. It will not get my house to 74 degrees unless I run it literally all day. My electric bill doubled because I haven’t been able to let the unit get a rest. Had a technician come out and apparently it’s normal for their units to take 2+ hours to cool down 1 degree. I have nest thermostats so it’s easy to see how long it takes to cool down, and the run time each day. I was told that the system is fine and that next time I call them I’m getting charged! I call this poor service and even worse customer service. Larkin in the office told me if it was 100 out I should consider myself lucky to be under 80. Yet my other zone which has its own unit (10 years old) is able to keep the back apartment at a constant 69 with no issues. This seems to be a combination of selling me the wrong size unit, and poor customer service.

I recently purchased a new HVAC system with Carolina Air Care. They were able to give us an excellent quality system at a great price, most affordable. The quote and installation process was quick, efficient. Mike and the team were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable and very professional and easy to work with.

Went great. They removed the old system and installed a new high efficiency system. They took great care to insure my floors and things were protected while the removed and installed equipment. Paul, Chris, Doug, Josh and Chase were very professional, efficient and did a great job making sure every thing was clean and put pack when they were done. Very happy.

Our AC/Heating unit was 15-16 years old and we needed to get it replaced. Carolina Air was by far the best price and their recommendation of things that needed to be replaced was explained in depth. The work was done as promised and nothing was added unless we asked for it. The guys were very professional. The unit looks and runs great and the house is cool once again.
