This provider was hired by a neighbor to perform services. However, he parked his large truck with trailer and heavy equipment on my lawn to perform these services, without asking or obtaining my permission to do so. When I approached him to ask why he had not gotten my permission first, he immediately became nasty with me. His truck and trailer damaged my lawn, and not only did he not offer to rectify the situation, he did not even apologize. He attempted to justify his actions by saying he didn't think anyone was home, so apparently he thinks its ok to do this as long as no-one is around. His attitude was atrocious, and he showed no remorse for his actions. Someone who is this ill-tempered, unprofessional, and lacking in integrity should not be hired by anyone.

He's very nice. He comes when he says that he is going to come and does what he says that he is going to do. He goes the extra mile if I need him to. He's done it so long that he knows what I want him to do.
