Scam!!!! I’m so upset. Honestly, if someone out there can help it would be greatly appreciated. I was given equipment that didn’t work and now am being harassed by some lawyer in Missouri for $1000. I always paid my bill on time. They came to my house many times to fix my equipment. It never worked for more than a couple of weeks. I canceled my services and then the phone calls began. When I canceled I had to go through Vector and there was no mention of any contract being violated. I have called this office and no one returns phone calls. No one who answers the phone from this office can help. I get promised return phone calls from management but none ever received. Today I called this business again and was promised a call back in 10 minutes. Yet again no call back. They take advantage of people. It’s a scam. Faulty equipment and then you are told you have to pay for services you didn’t receive because “you are paying for a signal” that you agreed by contract to pay for for 3 years regardless whether or not your equipment works. Beware. I’m leaving this review so that others won’t have to go through the extreme inconvenience, hassle, and harassment I’ve experienced not to mention the damage to your credit report or straight up being forced to send vector money that you don’t owe because you don’t want bad credit. It’s crazy that they conduct business this way. Not to mention unethical and immoral.
