It didn't go.

When I set up the appointment, I was quoted a price of $150. When the job was completed the bill was for $175???. Of course when I called the owner he denied quoting me a $150 cost. It's not that the price difference mattered, because I would have paid 175 without issue if that was the original quote. Maybe he just misspoke on the phone. Still I am a man of my word, and I hold others to the same. As for the team, they were polite, hard working and did a great job.. I have a number of turns on my land, and they took the time to locate every pin and mark each location. He is very fortunate to be able to use these guys for surveying.

Very professional . The task was complicated because the Hwy took some of the lot for a road right of way . They did a great job . I am very pleased

Surveyors showed up on time, did very timely work, were very polite and helpfull. They did follw-up after the job and proved excellent documentation for the work and the results.

Made appointment on June 12, 2012 for property lines to be marked. I was told next available appointment was June 18, 2012 and someone would be at my house between 8-9am. At approx. 10am, when no one had shown or called, I called the office and spoke to Ed. He stated that the job had been marked down for the morning, not specifically 8-9am. I asked Ed when the surveyor would be out because my wife and fence contractor were waiting on them to mark property lines and he could not give me an exact time. I asked him how we were going to make this right and he said he would have to call me back. Ed did call back at approx. 11:30, but I missed the call due to being at work. I returned Ed's call at 12 noon and he said the best he could do was get someone out to my house by 2:30pm. I asked what the price reduction of their normal $225 fee I would get and he stated they would not reduce price at all. When I stated that I felt this was a bad business practice having inconvenienced my and my fence contractors almost entire day, he told me to feel free to hire someone else. Due to their lack of professionalism and no respect for my time, I am going to do that and would not recommend anyone use their services.

I highly reccommend this company for your land surveying needs. They came out the next day to do the job and were very helpful.
