+ -1 moreWe had some seriously dangerous pine hangers from the ice storm. We had to put the back yard off limits to our kids. Tom worked us in and came out within 2 days of initial call despite being extremely busy with other storm clean-up. Did great work at a good price and even threw in some lagniappe!

+ -1 moreI had my insurance threaten to cancel my policy if I don't get the tree removed. I am sad that this vendor has not shown up. If there were a family emergency, I would understand if the vendor would have called me. Now the phone number has changed and my thoughts are he lost his phone or broke his phone? I called and his phone number is assigned to someone else now. Very sad, I hope he is doing well and may be back in business again someday. He had great previous reviews.
Description of Work: The man made an appointment to meet with me to give me an estimate and never showed up, never called, still waiting to hear back from him.
