Pathetic service, don't waste your time trying to deal with them, they have no idea what they are doing. Rick, the "owner", comes to look at a broken security gate lock, tells me he will be back in a week to address the issue and never shows up. I call him once a week for 9 consecutive weeks and he tells me that he will be sending someone out to fix it. They never show up, never call, and don't even have the human decency to apologize. Don't do business with someone who clearly does not value their customers or have any respect for their customers.

It was wonderful. I called them immediately after the door was damaged. They came out and straightened the door out enough that it could be closed, so that they could return the next day and replace the panel. They are very good. They had previously installed the garage doors for me as well other repairs.

They arrived on time and removed the old opener and installed the new one. The gave me a short course on the new opener. I was very satisfied.

Original contact was with an individual named Marty to correct a swinging gate issue that involved correcting a mounting problem, in the ground, with the swing arm control box. He said he could easily handle this as well as the additional work that was involved with additional iron work that was needed to reinforce the gate mechinism to the wall. We further discussed correcting the house mounted gate control. I did not authorize the house mounted control and which done without my permission and cost 185.00. I paid this bill but the house control is useless without the gate working. I would not have taken issue with this expenditure if the follow up on fixing the gate had occurred. Marty did a combination of avoiding my calls and making excuses of why he was so busy or could not coordinate with his gate people that would re-hang my gate. Acme replaced garage door openers for me last year, in a home that recently sold. Hank was the installer, and I was very pleased with the openers, and the price. I called Acme when I moved into a new home, and scheduled installation of a new belted opener. Hank arrived right on time, after giving me a phone call about 30 minutes in advance. He installed the opener, put the light bulbs in, installed the keypad, and explained everything to me. He was (again) very efficient, professional, and pleasant. He even spent a few minutes explaining the warranty to me. These folks really are very good at what they do.

Fantastic communication from the boss all the way to the installers in the field. easy to get quotes find out options to make best choice for me.

Great job at a very reasonable price. Work was done ahead of schedule and I am very happy overall.

It was a good experience and good work. The work was excellent, they told me what they recommended and what the alternatives for the repair would be. The price was fair.

I just like the people and I have known them for a couple of years. It cost me nothing. They do a very good job of installing and fixing stuff. They are very knowledgeable.
